My home was in escow when an inspection revealed fireplace damage that required immediate repair. TriCounty Services came out immediately, diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts and had the fireplace working in less than 5 days! I was very impressed with their knowledge, attentiveness and dedication to serving the customer. I highly recommend them.

Tri-County has done new ducts, insulation and now a new AC unit and quiet cool system for us. They also provide annual/6 month maintenance. The office and crews were professional, responsive and great to work with!

TriCounty Services are the very best!!! They took out a very very very old heater, installed a great new one , along with an Air Scrubber that actually cleans the air . They are so great at what they do!! All their staff is fantastic, knowledgeable, exceptional. I waited a long time and I'm so glad I went with them. I appreciate the fact that Tri County called to remind me it was time for a needed maintenance service. There is no pressure if you are unable to schedule at time of their call. During the service he found that an important part under warranty was not working and repaired it right away . He also mentioned that my smoke and carbon monoxide detectors should probably be replaced which was true.

Have used Tri-County Air for over 20 years and they have always been dependable, reliable and on time. Maintenance service this time was done by a new technician who was a very professional, polite young man (Giovanni). His assistant (or trainee? or trainer?) was likewise very professional and polite.

They installed a reliable air conditioning system for us four years ago, and both it and their service have been excellent since then. The enhancement of our ducting system was also a big bonus, delivering much more cool air than we ever had before. We could not reasonably ask for more!

Today Gustavo came and serviced our heater. He was very polite and before he began he explained what he was going to do. Then when he completed the job he took the time to explain the results of the service. Since I switched to Tri County Aire I have been impressed with the quality of the service reps.
