Technician was Outstanding. Although I had already debugged issue telling him it was run capacitor, he quickly confirmed it with amp probe, he also checked everything else out and took the time to repair cracking wires by re-wrapping them. My only issue is paying $358 for a $16 dollar run capacitor. I understand labor cost of vans, parts etc. But its about $100 too high. Ill join yearly service to reduce my cost in the future. Still a great company.

Right from the start, things went so smoothly. Our sales representative, Scott, was upfront, honest and professional. He provided us great information and got us the right system for our home without pushing expensive equipment on us. He gave us a clear outline of how the process would go. A few days before installation we received an email clearly outlining how everything would go. The install team called ahead so we knew just when they would get here. They explained the process and answered questions to put us at ease. They were professional and respectful throughout it all, explained everything once they were done and left the house as clean as when they got here. We highly recommend them for any and all AC needs!

Pacific Coast Air & Heater Repair arrived promptly and after they checked with me, keeping our distancing, they went to work. I was amazed at how quick & efficient they were. They’d have been finished in about 7 hrs, but ran into a problem with the new thermostat not communicating with the a/c. They called in a tech for that & she came out quickly & the problem was solved. I’ve used Pacific Coast Air & Heater Repair for about 8-9 years & they are unfailingly prompt, knowledgeable, friendly & efficient. I highly recommend them.

Randy did a great job evaluating and fixing the AC unit at my girlfriend's townhome. The AC was not cooling and he was able to bypass the control board to get the AC unit to cool. It is a very old unit and will need to be replaced. Thank you for your your great customer service, Randy. I also appreciate your service to our country! I would use Pacific Coast Air & Heater Repair again if I had to.
