Requested two bids for AC, Tom Reed responded the same day, come out to view project, we discussed various options. The other bid came in late, the day Reeds crew started work.
Tom, not the boss, and his helper arrived on time each day, wore mask while working and were safe. Were aware of and took care when my wife would be near, sometimes she forgets who's here so they were careful.
Installed the unit, updated me on progress each day.
Very happy with the professional manor Tom and his helper (my memory not that great, sorry forgot his name, but thanks).
I am very happy with the results, The Samsung AC is fantastic, I am glad I chose that option. Also finished just in time for this weeks hot weather It's 107 today. Very comfortable inside the house.
