The technician was prompt, friendly and very thorough. He discovered a fixable problem and got our unit working again. He was up front and open about future issues that could possibly arise. He was not pushing to sell a unit, but seemed more like he was trying to make us educated consumers. Will definitely be calling them again for any future needs.

Our home heating died during the night. Called Pacific Coast Air & Heater Repair at about 7:15 AM. Got a text back about 8AM with a scheduled time for repairs. Technician arrived early, diagnosed the problem & fixed it perfectly in a bit over an hour. Excellent service.

Guy showed up on time. He was very concensious of m home. I have 3 different ways to get in attic so he tried the one that was in the garage first in order to avoid potentially leaving a mess in the 2 entrances inside the home. Eventually he had to use the ones in the home to get to the units, but I thought at least he tried. He took his time, and did everything thoroughly.
