First time using Pacific Coast Air & Heater Repair and can say that I am pleased with the service. The tech was friendly and thorough in completing the requested AC maintenance. He also provided us with information about optional preventative maintenance plans without any pressure. A good customer experience overall!

He was very professional, courteous and completed everything in a timely manner. Ensured all gates and doors were closed when he left to make sure our dogs didn’t get out. Changed out our air filters with the ones we had on hand. Highly recommend Pacific Coast Air & Heater Repair.

They were on time and worked with my schedule. The entire experience was pleasant one from the meeting with Scott to get the estimate to making the final payment. During the estimate process, Scott didn't try to oversell, explained everything and patiently answered all my questions. He coordinated some additional work that was needed and everything. Once everything was completed, he checked back in to make sure all the work was done satisfactorily. I would recommend them if you are having any work done on your AC unit. It has been 4 months since the install and everything has been running great.

Excellent service. We had a party planned for the evening & our refrigerator started leaking all over the kitchen floor. Pacific Coast Air & Heater Repair came out on a Saturday (late aftn) and fixed the leak in the water line. Was very prompt & thorough. Definitely recommend this service!

Pacific Coast Air & Heater Repair technicians are always knowledgeable and professional. I have done "emergency" calls before and they are always able to have a technician out the same day. They are on the expensive side, but there is a price to quality.

Scheduling the appointment was easy and the technician arrived on time (plus called when he was 30 minutes away). Ruban repaired a clogged drain pipe and serviced the two heat pumps & air handlers. Our units are 16 years old and on the verge of needing replacement. He took pictures to show me some of the worn parts and we are starting to shop around for eventual replacements.

Despite most of the equipment being out of sight on our flat roof, the job was very neat and even the guttering company commented at how beautifully done it was!
