KAN Service Heating and Air-conditioning

Had my whole HVAC system replaced with Kan Service . The salesman helped me get a higher SEER rating on the AC by searching for a specific coil . And the installers were quick , friendly and efficient .

Kan Service called me after the technician finished the yearly checkup to make sure the work was done correctly and completely . I expressed my concerns regarding the price , and they corrected the issue . I have been a Kan Service customer for around 12 years and will continue leaning on them for years to come .

Super fast service - the tech showed up right on schedule , let me know what he was going to be doing and how long it would take , wrapped everything up on schedule .

Jose did our maintenance and John came and did an estimate for us on removing some asbestos and changing our hot water heater . Both of these guys are just fabulous . I would never have anyone else other than kan service's to do the work for us in our home professional , courteous , knowledgeable both of them did an excellent job . john work pending credit approval . Credit was approved promptly and a service date immediately set up . This was a 2 day job . The two technicians were very courteous and timely . They were very helpful in answering any questions and explaining what work they did . I would highly recommend them for a complete duct replacement for a heating and cooling system . I am totally satisfied with their service .

The company offered an eta days before the competition and sent a reminder the day before . My service technician , nick , texted me when he was in route . He was very knowledgeable and explained my system and options in detail . At the end of my service he wanted to know if I needed help with anything else not related to my heater service . He went above and beyond . I'm so glad that I chose this company . I am very impressed . I signed up for their routine maintenance plan .

Working with Kan Service is also a breeze . I missed the sale on having my furnaces maintained ( i have 3 ) and the operator was able to still give me a discount . My technician John was knowledgeable , quick and fixed an issue i had in securing one of my air filters . Would always recommend !
