I submitted my service request on Sunday night . Monday morning I had an appointment for same day . Joel arrived , troubleshooted , and fixed the issue timely . I was super impressed and happy to have AC in time for the next heat wave . Thanks so much !!

Was referred by my neighbor , I was able to get an appointment on the same day as theirs . john was friendly polite , seemed to like his profession . Did a nice test and cleaning of our unit that is on our roof . Hooked his own hose up and washed our coils off . And while he was up there , rinsed off our solar panels ! Pretty cool ! We went with a one year contract , they had additional year offerings . I'm feeling confident in this company . My neighbor , who is very picky , has been using them for years .

Kan Service's is a company you can trust ! They are honest and will not sell you something you do not need ! They kept my old AC units working for a few years until I was ready to replace them ! Technician Nick was very nice and gave a lot of patience answering my questions . He had good work ethics and was very pleasant .

My experience was great . The team response was quick and helpful . Also had a new humidifier install . Everything was cleaned and done efficiently .

Had a total of three techs come out . The first one misdiagnosed the issue but both John and Mike didn't a great job correctly diagnosing and fixing the my furnace circuit board .

jose did a great job ! Ignacio came and did an AC Tune Up for us . He was professional , thorough , and very friendly ! This was our first time using this company and we'll definitely be contacting them in the future for any HVAC needs !
