Nick at Kan service did a great job repairing my 18 yr old GE 48 " Monogram fridge . He was professional , fast and honest . He took the time to explain everything to me and gave me his honest opinion on what I should do if the repair didn't work . Although the repairs weren't cheap , mainly due to expensive parts , their pricing IS fair - I checked with GE - it was less than their quote . AND it was MUCH cheaper than having to buy a replacement fridge !! Thank you Nick and kan service!! I'm very satisfied with the job !

When I called they immediately call to look at my fridge I have a whirlpool so when he told me what was wrong which was motor they didnt have the part , so waited 2 days for the repair . When was fixed no problems after that . Just being honest labor is pricey but was fixed . I would recommend to others .

Mr. Nick is very nice and professional to speak to. We were able to get a timely appointment. We were told $150 for routine maintenace of heater & ac and Mr. Nick sent us a text of what it includes (which we did not read). Our concerns started when he spent a total of 28min on our property and then left to email an estimate of services needed including a new heater for $8000. When we called to review, we asked Nick if $150 we paid for "routine maintenance" included filter change and/or cleaning of sensors, and Nick said no to both.
So we decided to reach out to another vendor. This other vendor charged us $140 for "routine maintenance", was also nice and professional but also more informative on phone in comparison to Mr. Nick. This other vendor arrived timely as well and was on our property for a total of 1hr 58min, he changed 2 filters, he cleaned flame sensor, he changed old wiring and replaced a small hose which was chewed out by smaller animals, all included in the same $140. This vendor said the heater & ac are working fine and to consider routine maintenance twice a year instead of yearly.
We decided to reach out to a 3rd vendor for a different property. This 3rd vendor charged $170 for "routine maintenace" of both heater & ac. Professional group and timely appt. Two people arrived for this visit, they spend a total of 2hrs and 10min, they connected more wires for testing (compared to the other two vendors), as well as clean the sensors, even checked connections of ducts at bends (they were really detailed), for the ac they hosed it down, connected wires to check pressures and freon levels, the they opened it up actually went inside the ac unit and cleaned out the leaves, etc, all included in the $170.
Given our experience above, we dont know why Kan Heating has so many 5-star reviews, it is definitely misleading. We definitely would not go back to Kan Heating.

Came out right away , figured it out and came back the second day with the parts and 1 hour later done . Even thought it took a little longer he still charged the same . Did a great job and very happy with it . It was done in less time than others just to come out and look at it . highly recommend

kan service's are truly that champions of service. Always courteous, informative , helpful . The techs are so nice ! A company culture of integrity and customer service from days past. I've been with them ~ 20 years and highly recommend the maintenance program . They don't let me forget to take care of this expensive and invaluable bit of equipment...
