Jose was very thorough , knowledgeable , he took his time to explain the different systems available , made sure we were comfortable with our purchase and understood everything that would be done and what to expect . jose was personable and very pleasant to deal with . The technician in charge of the installation was Sergio and he was very professional and knowledgeable . I was very pleased with his performance and I'll recommend his services to all my friends and people I know .
