When our furnace went out, i called A-1 Guaranteed Heating and Air to set up an appointment. They sent out their Service Technician Matt Hiteshew to check it out. He text me also on his arrival time. He tested the whole system and provided me the root cause of the problem. Since my furnace is 32 years old, they need to special order the failed part. In 2 days, Matt installed the good part and our furnace is back in operation. Great service from Matt who is very professional and courteous. Thank you A-1 Guaranteed Heating and Air.

Brian (technician) arrived on time and did a thorough check up of my AC/Heater. He shared also the company’s product Iwave and asked me if I have questions that need to be addressed. Overall it was a great!

Excessive heat and a holiday weekend are a recipe for an AC failure. Yikes! Many phone calls later I got a response from Matt, who arrived earlier than estimated, had a replacement for the faulty part on his truck and had the unit humming along in just a few minutes. It couldn't have been better, and we were so very grateful. A-1 Guaranteed had wisely planned ahead and had several techs on call for the weekend. Well done!

My trust has been restored. I had believed that good customer service was lost forever and then I found A-1 Guaranteed & Matt Hiteshew. Matt was amazing! At the initial visit, he provided me with detailed explanations of the tests he was performing in diagnosing my A/C problem . Following his thorough evaluation and excellent problem solving skills, it was determined that a specific part had to be replaced which had to be ordered. Matt assured me that replacing this part would resolve the issue.
On the second visit, Matt was punctual, courteous, and replaced the part as well as repaired several leaks. Upon completion, Matt tested the room temperature where it registered well above the standard. Problem solved!!

Just had my annual check up/maintenance on my 20 year old furnace. I appreciate the yearly plan allowing me to make small monthly payments. Eric is always a pleasure and appreciate knowing everything is in working order before winter hits. A-1 is the best and I highly recommend them!

Eric conducted our annual furnace cleaning and maintenance. He was very polite, professional and thorough. He also answered my questions regarding periodic cleaning of the air cleaner filters and other operational features. We are very happy and satisfied with the work A-1 has done since they installed our furnace.

Couldn't be more pleased with the quick, professional service that the A1 service tech, Matt Hiteshew provided! On the first 100 degree day this summer our AC unit outside the home quit (good timing, right?!). I called
A-1 and there was someone on the way within 10 minutes. Matt diagnosed the problem and we were up and running in about 10 to 15 minutes. Over the years, we have had great service and support. Keep it up A-1!!!

From Day One, interacting with A-1 and Matt Hiteshew was a positive indicator that I could work with this company. Matt was thorough, polite, patient, answering my questions with knowledge and experience.
My follow up calls to their staff were answered with similar customer excellence. Their phone greeting is 'It's a beautiful day at A-1", unique and welcoming. My project was a 41- year old heater installed by another company that had only visited once the entire time to restart the pilot light! But the heater had aged and Matt explained why.
