Great service, friendly installers! Had a rough road to getting a new ac unit put on after getting scammed by another company I finally found A-1 Guranteed and they came out promptly and installed a new unit for a quarter of the cost of my costco estimate. I work for another local HVAC company and I was called out to do a furnace tuneup on a system that A-1 had installed years prior. The install was by far the best I’ve seen from another company in the area. There are a lot of companies in the area but few good companies. Wanted to give them a shoutout for the great work.

Every person we dealt with during this installation was Informative, responsive and made us feel comfortable. We changed out an old gas furnace to a heat pump system. They were out front about the state's $3000 rebate for moving to the economical and eco-friendly heat pump. The office was the model of efficiency helping us with all our project's needs. Roger and his install crew were on-time, diligent and thoroughly professional. Great home improvement experience.

We have been dealing with A-1 Guaranteed for the past several years and couldn't be happier! They installed a brand new A/C unit and furnace a few years back, and the total system has worked flawlessly since day one. We are also a proud member of Kasey's Klub where they come every 6 months to tune up the system, replace our filter and do system diagnostics. Brian, our regular technician, is a joy to work with. He is friendly, polite, knowledgable, and very experienced with all the products that A-1 Guaranteed sell, service and install. For instance, when Brian came in March, he told us of a wonderful product that they were recommending, the i-Wave air purifier. It increases the filtration efficiency of the HVAC system and kills viruses (including some COVID strains) and germs in the air. He offered to install it during that visit and even gave us a substantial discount over their regular price! Long story short, he had the device up and running in 30 minutes and it has worked perfectly since. The proof is in the filter which captured way more dust and debris than before the i-Wave was installed. Thanks again, Brian, and A-1 Guaranteed. Additionally, props to Joe @ A-1 who also has provided excellent service, specifically when assisting us in setting up our new HVAC system and selecting the right equipment for our home. We truly appreciate the exceptional service and overall customer experience that the owner of this company and all of its workers have provided to us over the years.

Fantastic service. The front office folks were very professional and courteous in helping schedule/reschedule the service visit. The technician showed up early (wow). He quickly located the source of the problem and fixed it at a very reasonable cost. Working with the whole A-q team was a very pleasant experience. They will be my first call if I need future AC/Heating service or upgrades. Thank you A-1!

All around great company. Helpful staff, professional crew, and they show they care about their customers and the community. We had them replace our HVAC with a new, energy efficient system and are very happy with the work done. Highly recommend.

About 10 years ago we had A1 install new heating and A/C, new Ducting, new windows and doors, new thermostat, and new insulation in the attic. I had 2 small children at the time and a huge dog and they did an amazing job of being low impact on our house so we could still hang out with all the construction. The work was affordable and 10 years later we haven’t had a single issue with any of the equipment or work. They walked us through the financing options so we could afford all of the work and our out of pocket cost every month actually went down because of the new energy efficiency of our older home. They are a great company that really cares about their customers and the community.

I have been a customer for approximately 16 years. Everyone I dealt with at A-1 Guaranteed Heating & Air Company is very courteous. Brian came right on time, found the problem, fixed it and was on his way. They worked with me and my budget. They are a very honest company. I'm nice and cool again. Yay!!

We had been using A-1 for our home HVAC maintenance, and a crack was found in the furnace. Rather than jeopardize a carbon monoxide emission we decided to replace our old furnace and AC. We got three estimates and A-1 provided the best value. It was a one day installation that went smoothly. We are very happy with the results.

Brian our repair technician worked on all three heating and cooling systems in our custom home. He was very professional, efficient, explained in detail his finding and recommended repairs without pressure. He represented A-1 with the highest customer service and left no mess. I want him as my long term service technician. I am glad I signed up for the annual maintenance service
