Finally decided to get a central air unit for our house. Cloud comfort was great from the first time we met with their project manager Izzy to the point of installation. He answered all our questions and provided us with several options to fit our unique situation. We went with mini split units since we don’t have an attic in our place and they were an efficient option. Javier and his crew were professional, clean, efficient, and made the installation process seamless.

Cloud Comfort HVAC provided excellent service for our Home HVAC project,
Replaced 40 year old rooftop package unit w/ new Daikin condenser/air handler/ducting + 1 zone Minisplit system for our home.
Our Project Manger Luis R., professional & straightforward , delivered exactly what was promised. And from the initial consultation throughout the entire project all the team from Luis on to install manager Ricardo, lead man Francisco & his installation team , all these folks were organized, on time, clean, respectful & providing high quality workmanship. I spoke with at least 6 other HVAC companies regarding this project going back several years. I am fortunate I was able to work with this professional group from Cloud Comfort, will use them in future for any service. I highly recommend.

Super easy to deal with and schedule, I had someone come out before Cloud Comfort and quote me triple the amount with a bunch of things that ended up not actually needing to be done. Joshua was friendly and communicative, will be using them as our regular people moving forward!

We were desperate to fix our AC. This heat right now is ridiculous. My friend recommended us Cloud Comfort. Decided to give them a call in hopes they would be able to help us with our issue. First, the person that answered my call was very helpful and booked us as soon as they could. Customer service was excellent. The guys came over and resolved the issue. They explained to us everything and were very professional and clean! The price range was good! I will certainly use them again and when we’re ready to install a new system.

Had a great installation experience with Cloud Comfort. Being able to get a good price for great work is very important to me and I feel like I received both from this company. I shopped around and was able to get a few quotes but the determining factor was that I felt confident that the job will be done the right way

beware of this company, the technician they sent me miss diagnosed mine air conditioning unit I hired them because my air conditioning unit wast not operating to it's fullest capacity, their technician determined that the unit was almost dead and that for $1900 he could try to put new freon but there was no warranty it would work normally because the compressor was giving up and the reverse valve needed replacement and that the lines were clogged up I told him at that price it was best for me to just put a whole brand new unit and he immediately started trying to talk me into buying one from them. After paying him $89 for a miss diagnosed I called one of my friends to tell him about the situation and luckily he was available to come to my house that same day and fixed my air conditioning unit in just about an hour leaving it working to it's full capacity with ice cold air and didn't even change one part. Always get a second opinion because there is a lot of scammers out there!

Had to replace a rooftop commercial unit due to internal leaks. Cloud Comfort did a great job. They were able to respond quickly and complete the job in one day.
