Good customer service. They seem honest. A couple issues though. They wanted to charge me $1500.00 to replace a gas valve, on an old wall furnace. I just had one replaced at another property, in a mountain resort area( they typically charge a little more to come up the mountain.) for half the price. They also forgot to send me an invoice. I had to call them well after they were paid to get an invoice and receipt.

Tony H was the technician and he was great. professional, direct, and in general helpful in understanding what was going on. He went above and beyond and was one of the best services I have had in a long time.

after four previous svc calls w/ OTHER repair places, including gas company, Cloud Comfort's tech [Skylar] was "breath of fresh air". he was punctual, friendly, skilled & wore shoe booties inside :) he effectively diagnosed the wall unit - which needed an adjustment not expensive part - & saved my elderly relative time & money... thank U, Skylar & Cloud Comfort!!

I am a very happy customer! They did the installation in the time they said they would for the exact price of the estimate. The crew was super efficient and left no mess anywhere. My system works great and all electric is a good match for our solar system. A conventional system with natural gas would run another ten thousand dollars to install and then those scary, ugly gas bills!

Reached out for an estimate. They arrived quickly and returned once we decided to move forward with the job. Once they returned, they promptly fix our heating issues. I would recommend to other customers.

I am beyond happy with the customer service. Each member has been responsive, thoughtful, and working towards our goals. We have a 1920s home which makes things …difficult. The crews worked super hard to get the job done right.

I had a great experience with Cloud Comfort HVAC with the install on my ADU. They were there from the beginning to the end of the inspection answering all of my many questions and concerns. The best part of it was feeling like I had a personal HVAC representative along the way. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs AC or furnace installation.
