I called on Cloud Comfort HVAC to take care of some preventative maintenance items on my new-ish system and particularly coil cleaning that I really should've done before it developed the signature "dirty sock" smell. They were able to fit my appointment in right away and their technician showed up right at the opening of the appointment window. Their technician took care of the coil cleaning and preventative maintenance items pretty quickly and had everything back together in a jiffy. No more odor! I went for the scheduled preventative maintenance plan upsell; it's pretty reasonably-priced and covers the kinds of regular upkeep I should've been doing anyway.

Cloud Comfort did a complete replacement of my AC and Furnace. Luis completed the estimate and he took his time to crawl into the attic and check out my old system, which is not an easy thing to do in my small 1921 Craftsman house. Their price was similar to the other estimates I received, but the clencher was that thier price also included cutting a new access panel to the attic, which others weren't willing to do. Francisco and Ricardo were my installers and they were very professional, clean, and hard working. They stayed late when they ran into some challenges, and ended up swapping out the condenser when it wasn't working as it was supposed to. They definiteley made sure everything was working correctly before they left. They also kept a clean work site and were very polite. Luis set up an appointment to come by and check out the install after it was completed to make sure the job was done correctly. He was very thorough and wanted to make sure everything went well. They definitley prioritize customer service and work hard to keep you satisfied. I'll definitley be a return customer and highly recomend them.

Tech arrived 8/4/22 to diagnose A/C water leak. Found problem was a faulty condensate pump. Said would order and return on 8/8 or 8/9 to install. Now it's 8/19, no sign of tech, no call back and they're not answering phone calls. No communication at all, initial appt confirmation email was promised and not received. Cannot recommend.

Skyler, with Cloud Comfort, was excellent. Professional, courteous, explained everything very specifically and clearly, and helped me understand exactly what’s needed for the system. Plus he couldn’t have been nicer.

Tony was great at explaining the issue with our hvac unit and took time to answer all of my questions about the repair and future maintenance. The repair work was quick and pricing seemed reasonable. Thanks Cloud Comfort!

Skyler came into a very strange situation that involved my neighbor and my HVAC. He handled himself professionally and was very cooperative with my neighbor and my HOA President about his knowledge and background regarding the matter. I am so happy that he resolved all my problems.

The technician Juan that came out was great. Professional, worked clean, and was quick to find out what was wrong with our system. He then gave us some options to repair. We are happy with the service, definitely recommend them!
