As an architect concerned with keeping the minimal design of the home, I had a specific vision for how I wanted to integrate the HVAC system. I spoke with nearly a dozen different companies and Cloud Comfort was the only company willing to accommodate our needs - which involved working in a very confined space in an older home. Every other firm wanted to push a rooftop package unit, which would have been a quick and easy job but would have jeopardized the design of the house. Their willingness to listen and collaborate on our needs stood out. We work from home and the crew was very professional, clean, and did great work. Overall, I am extremely pleased with their work and happy with how the work turned out. I found the price very fair paired with the level of service received and comparable quotes. We bought two air-conditioning units and had them installed by this company. They were absolutely outstanding. I've had air conditioners installed in other homes and this experience far surpassed that one which I also that was very good. Highly recommend. My extended family has worked with them as well and they've also had a great experience. Went above and beyond, super professional, and thoughtful about the design.

We recently had a great experience using Cloud Comfort HVAC, and in particular with the tech they sent out: Tony. Everything was quick and easy to schedule and the technician was on time. Something I appreciated about Cloud Comfort and Tony was the level of communication even before he arrived. They called to let me to let me know a more precise window of arrival and updated me when he was able to come sooner. The work Tony did was fast and efficient and he was extremely courteous and respectful of our home. I couldn’t be more happy with the service he provided and it’s a large part why Cloud Comfort is now top of mind for anything HVAC related.

I’m so happy I went with Cloud comfort hvac. Julian was polite and professional and cleaned my ac and heater — and even hosed off my back fence before he left. I appreciated the good service at the low price and Julian especially was very kind.

Response to my request for service was quick and cheerful. Technician Tony Higuera was a real pro -- his communication was clear and he took a lot of care in his work. And he's a nice guy. I'll definitely use this company again.

Cord the project manager was amazing. He is very knowledgeable of all systems. He can answer any and all questions or get answers quickly.

We had a great experience with Cloud Comfort. We have a mini-split system in our house with 3 separate indoor units and one central outdoor condenser/compressor. I priced out a bunch of options and Cloud Comfort was very competitive. Our units were working fine - we just wanted to do basic maintenance to keep them in good shape. The best deal I was able to find was their semi-annual maintenance service. For our setup - they come out twice a year to do basic maintenance and it ran about $275 - but a lot of other places were charging in that range for just ONE service. Sky was our service technician and he was absolutely lovely to work with. Very respectful of the space (asking if we were a shoeless household and using a drop cloth on any furniture underneath the units). Very communicative of the arrival time. (We got a confirmation message the day before the appointment - and they arrived within the timeframe window they gave us) The whole thing took about 2 hours - cleaned and sanitized all the filters and did a thorough clean on the outdoor unit. Very happy with the job and even happier to know they’ll be back to keep the units running smooth year round! Highly recommend them!!
