This company is 5 stars! They provided sound advice with price options. The crew are hard workers with courteous service. They pay attention to details and problem solvers. We replaced an aging 17 year HVAC with a new system. What a difference can hardly tell the unit is on! Made significant in the entire system! Steve came out during the current Southern California heat wave and got our cooling system back up and running within 10 mins and charged a very reasonable price. He seemed very down to earth and super reasonable. Thank you! Will definitely use again and recommend to others in need!

Best experience with Advanced Heating & Air. Needed to have our units moved while some construction was going on at our house and then put back in place and everything went so smooth & efficient. Great customer service when it came to appointments and billing and great service with the removal and installation. Our A/C works great and we couldn't be more thankful for an honest company. Would highly recommend!!!

What a fantastic experience with chilling results.

Sorry for the pun. We had interviewed four (4) companies to replace our 27-year-old inefficient AC. Advanced Heating & Air Conditioning was the only company that calculated air flow measurements during the free quote review. I Googled HVAC best practices to prepare for these reviews. They added intakes, changed vents, and rearranged the unit in the attic based on best practices. There were never any high-pressure sales tactics to close or make a sale like some others. This team delivered as promised. The AC runs less, and the house is colder than ever. The temperatures in all rooms are now the same! I have never experienced equal temperatures in all rooms in any of the homes I lived. We always had either a cold, hot or stagnant room. Not anymore! They also communicated the entire process step by step. The team arrived on time on installation day and went to work. I also have an air quality measuring tool that records PM1, PM2.5, and PM10, along with VOC and air quality scoring. The air quality has substantially improved on all levels to the point where we notice the air we breathe feels lighter. Without getting into details, the overall air quality score increased from 82 to 96. I highly recommend Advanced Heating & Air Conditioning. Thanks so much for making this a great experience.

These guys were great. It was easy to book an appointment via text (even on a Saturday). They showed up on time and were quick with the work. Prices were reasonable for what they offered and the guys were informative about my unit as well. I would recommend them and I will be a calling again when another repair need arises.

Advanced Heating and Air Conditioning provided my family with excellent service during our time of need (a major heat wave)! Once we explained our issue to them, they scheduled an appointment for us the next day, were promptly on time and provided us not only with a solution to our air conditioning issue, but also with education on: how to best keep our upstairs cool during the hottest of our summer days and nights, best timelines for filter changing, and red flags to watch out for in the future. I used this company in Moreno valley for a job for one of my customers that couldn't figure out why there brand new heater wasn't working, my customer hired some unknown company to do the install and they didn't even check to see if it worked so they asked me while I was cleaning the carpets if I could figure it out, Well I called advance heating and air and the owner came out within 30 minutes and fixed the problem! It was a simply fix the gas wasn't on but still, i'm so impressed by this companies rigor and speed and honesty with me. 5 Star service. They are my heating and air company for life now! My wife and I are new homeowners and when our AC and heater stopped working, we went into complete panic mode. Please keep in mind that this happened right as summer started and we live in Temecula, California! Danny and Mike came over and took care of everything for us and were absolutely amazing. They were professional, polite, and on time. We will 110% be recommending them to all of our friends and family and use them for anything moving forward! Thank you Mike and Danny.

I'm very disappointed with the way this company handled my AC issues. We just moved into a home and the air flow was barely coming out of the vents. We scheduled an appointment for Advanced Heating & Air to come out and check out the issue. We were told from a technician that the AC unit most likely had to be replaced but he REFUSED to even check because he was afraid to get bitten by a snake. Apparently he was told by the previous tenant that there were constantly snakes on the porch and under the home but we are close with the previous tenants and they told us they have never had a snake issue. He told us we couldn't pay him enough to fix the AC and someone else had to do it. We have no idea where he got this info from. I am 9 months pregnant with a broken AC in the middle of the Summer and absolutely miserable. It was unprofessional the way this company handled the situation.

I called this company because time needed my AIr conditioning unit replaced . They did a great job from start to finish . Great customer service and install . The new ac system works great . And the owner Steve is a real down to earth guy I highly recommend this company .
