They are all liars. I went in for a warranty replacement. Three weeks later I still don't have it. I keep calling them and they tell me that the people at Goodman haven't called them back. So I called Goodman, they say there is no order. I went in and talked to the manager. I told him I'd rather hear the truth even if it was disappointing then hear a lie. He told me he would Find out and call me in the morning regardless of the outcome. He never called. I called him. He gave me the same lie the rest of them did, they haven't called me back. I contacted Goodman again same story, there is no order.
Do not do business with this place. This unit has a10 year warranty once I have it replaced I'll never go back there again. If this unit ever breaks down again I'll probably replace it out of pocket rather then deal with the liars at Johnston.

Have been using this company for years, best prices in the Hvac industry. I recommend all my fellow Hvac contractors utilize this company for on the fly service, variety of parts and supplies, with unmatched prices.
