J & J Services: Heating, Cooling & Water Heaters

Called J&J in regards for getting an estimate for re sealing my air ducts and adding a vent to an add on room. Was told they charged for estimates and I declined, however was called back and told they would come out for a free estimate. Carlos arrived on the date agreed and was professional and seemed to know his business. He looked at our existing air/heat unit and check the outside of our house. He asked how many air vents we had and gave us our options. The deciding factor as to why we decided to go with another company was, Carlos never looked at our existing air ducts in order to see how extensive the job might be regarding re sealing and the placement of the additional air vent. We felt that the estimate given could have been given without ever coming to our home with just asking the how many vents we had and how many square feet our house was. We actually decided to replace all of our air ducts and had the additional air vent place in our add on room. This review is in no way a knock on the work this company does, J &J has been in business for a number of years with positive reviews, for us however, we were more comfortable going with a company that went the extra mile with their estimate, which btw was also free.

Ed came out today to do our semi-annual maintenance check. He was SO kind and helpful. He answered, in detail, all of the questions we had. You could tell right away that he was extremely knowledgeable and loved what he did. What a great experience! Thank you Ed!

Do not feel as though this is a legit business. I called and gave them my information and waited for a response. They never got back to me. Very unprofessional.

Edward did a great job of being professional, and respectful of my time and my property. He was able to communicate to me when exactly he would arrive, explained what he was doing and why, along with some suggestions to prolong the life of our A/C system, as well as some options on preventative maintenance and upgrades. We had a house fan installed in our home. My wife was hesitant to do so because she had a fan in the past that was in incredibly loud and didn’t circulate well. We are impressed with J & J Heating & Air! They did quality work, and most importantly - my wife is thrilled with the house fan! It works fantastic and I would highly recommend J & J Heating & Air

I am very pleased and happy I called J & J Heating & Air. I called several companies and they were the only ones that could come out the same day. My unit was making a funny noisy. The service tech Mike was professional, figured out the problem and explained to me the need for regular maintenance. I was expected a large bill and I was surprised on how reasonable the bill was. I even signed up for their yearly maintenance program. I will be a customer for life.

They came to check out my water heater that had broken down and gave me a few quotes and where helpful with all the information I needed and they also do financing so you don’t have to pay upfront
