J & J Services: Heating, Cooling & Water Heaters

Joe was very informative on all my systems that I have even check the roof for leaks when that wasn’t his problem he checked for a water heater problems. He did a very thorough check of my house.

I decided to use J and J heating and cooling service Because they were well known.
I'm glad I did they were very professional they did a complete Ac Unit and new furnace.

They came out at least 4 times because I was having issues with my mobile home getting good quality air but they came again and again until it was completely done right for me.
I have a definite recommend that company to anybody else thank you

Our technician Joseph was very professional and very helpful. He fixed all the issues we had and he addressed certain things that was beyond what we hired him for. He’s always on time and have a very pleasant and caring demeanor in him. Overall it was a great experience.

I called them early this morning--7:30!-- they were in and able to take care of tenant's ac, or lack there of. Ed actually got there early, found the problem and took care of it--no need to come back another day. This will now be my go-to company for my HVAC servicing. I had been using another company, who shall remain nameless, and have not been very pleased with the service this past year. Thank you, Ed, and thank you J & J services!

Jo was friendly, very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I would like to see him return for the airconditioning service.

Edward Strauther come out today to provide a quote for a new HVAC installation and he was absolutely fantastic! He called before hand to let me know when he should be arriving, and was right on time. He was very friendly and personable and extremely knowledgeable. He made me feel like a valued customer, even though I was just getting a quote.
Edward took the time to thoroughly explain things to me and never made me feel like he was trying to sell me things I didn’t need.
J & J clearly cares about who they hire and is lucky to have Edward on their team. I will definitely recommend them to everyone and will use them for all of my future needs.

Extremely satisfied with my experience! Resolved my issue just as we discussed with no pressure to upgrade. They offered me information on what was available (as any company would) and respectfully acknowledged when I declined.

I called them at 5:40 talked to a live person they said they would call me back time goes by at 7:00 I was upset it’s cold in my house. no call back at 7:20 the next day they call me I told them what happened yesterday they said it was a internet problem he said he could not get to my house til Tuesday of next week I found another reliable company that came out today and canceled my appointment

Joshua was a very polite young man and did a good job.
