J & J Services: Heating, Cooling & Water Heaters

Tech Justin was very professional. He was excellent, efficient, and personable. He called ahead and arrived at the agreed time. The repair day was a National holiday (4th of July), but there was no extra charge for the repair of our A/C, and it was during a heat wave. After each repair step he made sure there was a positive outcome before proceeding. I hope l don’t have any more heating or cooling issues, but if I do, I certainly will call J & J.

J & J went the extra mile! They sent out highly professional installers and followed up from the office to ensure we were 100% satisfied. One question prompted a re-visit and clarifications and pictures to ensure us the work they did was complete and that the remaining issues were on the home builder. The worked to make sure the problem was resolved. I would recommend then everyday & twice on Sunday.

Rashad came out to service mini split. Did such a good job I had J&J come and put a mini split unit in my dad's house.
Andrew and Daron spent most of the day working on install. So polit professional people work for j&j.

Joseph was the last technician that has come out to our house even including a new AC unit on the roof that has explained everything to us thoroughly. For the first time our vents are blowing hot air this winter. Even with the new unit by another company they did not work like this. We are 100% satisfied and would recommend J&J services to anyone who ask us where we got our service.

J&J was one of the best experiences! Being a new homeowner I needed a new water heater. Not knowing anything about water heaters and not having hot water for 4 days was extremely stressful. Once I found J&J the stress went away. They are very professional and know their craft! J&J are not intimidating to talk to and offer honest feedback about the options you have. Joseph arrived and went straight to work on our heating problem. Although it was a quick fix he stayed and checked everything and answered all my questions. He even helped me find better filters and explained the merv rating of the filters for to help with my pet loving household. Thank you J&J and Joseph, Great Service.

First and foremost customer service was great. Ryan who was responsible of scheduling did a great job. He actually was able to get an appointment in sooner. Also they double checked to confirm appointment time. Joe was very thorough and professional. He explained the service he provided and also took time to show me other important maintenance with HVAC and what to look out for. Thank you!

We had a guy come check our a/c all he did was check to see if it was running he said it works lol. He did suggest some some fixes. He didn't even do any of these , During a tune-up, your AC technician examines the unit from top to bottom and takes care of several minor things, such as: Cleaning the condenser coils. Flushing the drain.
