We had our semi-annual, scheduled HVAC maintenance completed today. Our service technician, Edward, was courteous and efficient. He performed a thorough evaluation/maintenance of our system. We were well pleased with this service experience and therefore would recommend J & J Services.

Kimberly the reception lady was very nice and super friendly and professional. Technician came in on the next day to repair the Ac unit. he was very knowledgeable and new his ACs real well. he diagnosed/ identified the problem with in five minutes. Upon my approval, Mr. Allen fixed my AC Unit and got it running. Thank you all. Stay cool Mr. Allen,, its 108 degrees out there today.

Our old A/C +Heating System lasted 15 years and we were ready for a new system. I contacted J & J Services and they were congenial and explanatory through the entire process--from the initial phone call to the recommendation of a new system, installation details and the end of the installation and payment. I received a 10 year parts and labor warranty with the A/C + Heating System and the roofing work also came with a written 5 year warranty.

Had diagnostic for AC on August 30 ,the technician Edward was very nice and dependable very professional came in on time very knowledgeable related to the problem of our AC explained well to us and make a very good suggestion and recommendation surely I will recommend this J and J to my relatives and friends .

Joe right on time very professional with integrity respect and gave me the best service I’ve ever received JJ‘s air conditioner is the place to be if you need replacement of your air conditioner I would recommend this place their workers have integrity and respect which is hard to fine today I had another person take me for $2400 that didn’t install anything in fact had I not call JJ’s the house probably would’ve caught on fire I appreciate your business and I appreciate the people that you hire because if it wasn’t for people like Joe then today would not have been a good day so I thank you and I’m looking forward to the new install
