Our home had a wholesome experience with Scott Harrison Plumbing getting our 20+ years old water heater replaced. Was troubled upon finding leak coming from inside and even when water supply was shut off. But call with Shannon was pleasant. Eta and service time was spot on. Bert, our technician, was informative, and his explanations appreciated. We had called for a handful of on-site estimates, and the price points were not too far apart, but Bert left us the most candid (and I put that in the best way) impression. Overall, a painless experience!

First I called for a quote and spoke with Shannon who was very professional and helpful answering all my questions and taking time to give me the information I needed. I requested a technician to show up at my home and to give me a quote on some work hoping that I could get an appointment quickly. Shannon assured me that she would expedite my request and sure enough Bert, an expert technician showed up at my home within 90 minutes of my call. Bert was very polite and kind while inspecting my tankless water heater and made some very helpful suggestions for improvements along with a quote for replacement. He stayed for a while after he had finished the quote as we discussed other options. All in all I was very pleased with the complete experience and will recommend Scott Harrison Plumbing and Heating to friends and relatives.

I paid $39.00 ( i accepted the charge before they coming),i think they are giving me a good advise for the water leak. But as the same city people told me " you have a leak", with in less than 1 minute $39.00out of my pocket, and the quote is wow!!

We had a leak in our water heater line, Bert, our technician fixed the leak very quickly and took the time to explain the workings of the water heater, and the maintenance that we could perform.

My gas wall furnace would not turn on even if the thermostat is switched on. Scott Harrison and Bert came in. Scott knows exactly what to adjust but he still told Bert what to look for in order to double check. After making adjustments in the pilot light and checking also the flue for possible blockage, everything looks in good order.
A few months ago, Scott also checked the forced-air gas furnace in my other house that was for sale. He wrote in his report that the furnace is very old and is working exactly as designed. This saved me thousands because the house buyer claims that it was not working properly and wanted me to have a new furnace installed. It’s good to have Scoot do the inspection as he has over 40 yrs experience in the business.

I've used Scott Harrison Plumbing many times in the past and will continue to do so in the future. It has been many years since the last time I used them, but this latest 'adventure' proved just as satisfying and with a great and expected outcome. Daniel & Javier came out and did a great job with cutting old cast iron drains in the wall and rebuilding everything. The job was fast and efficient. A small leak was discovered that night and Bert came by to remedy. All these technicians know their stuff and, this is important to me, are not ARROGANT as has been my experience with other tradesmen. All were knowledgable and friendly and I so appreciate their expertise. The finished product is great, so much better drainage than we've had in years!!! Kudos (as always) to Scott Harrison Plumbing and the entire crew (oh, and the front office was excellent as well in setting up the appointment and working with me on time!)

Bert was super efficient & walked me through his diagnosis, which trued out. He had the repairs done quickly & price was super reasonable, thank you!

Scott the owner came by on short notice yesterday and went over my options and costs for repair of my Noritz Tankless Heater exhaust system! We made our decision and Bert arrived early the next morning and did all the repairs! Thank you so much, will use again!
