For 20+ years their staff and crew have excelled in providing timely initial high quality installation and routine maintenance for our home and comfort. In addition to their professional knowledge, they have also mastered the personal skills for developing long term professional relationships. It's impressive when their technicians arrive with a truck that may resemble a mini- stock room, frequently alleviating the need to return for parts. It's a family owned business with an attitude of joint commitment. It was recommended to me by another grateful and appreciative customer.

Scott Harrison plumbing and Heating Inc. is a very skillful, knowledgable and personable company. Their over the phone customer service is top notch and their installation team is extremely professional and efficient.

Our home, which we currently rent out to tenants, had the tankless water heater go down Friday evening. After giving a thorough and detailed diagnostic test the next day, the on site tech Stephen L shared with us the prognosis. Though the outcome was that it was in our best interest to replace the system entirely and get it up to code, we were confident that Stephen's recommendation was fair and appropriate.

They had the new system and parts ordered the following Monday and finished the total installation later that afternoon. Scott Harrison himself was on-site providing his expertise. I even had the pleasure of sharing an enjoyable conversation with Scott to top it off. All the while the interfacing between the office staff and on site technicians was seamless.

This is a great company with great people that will get my recommendation, hands down, to anyone with plumbing or heating needs in southern California. Thank you Scott and Crew.

A horrible experience..I had Scott Harrison Plumbing out to repair my Noritz tankless water heater, they wanted $150.00 to diagnose and that would not be applied to repair bill like most other honest companies do. They came out unscrewed 4 bolts and said you have a cracked heat exchanger and that was a $150.00 Ok, that's fine let's move forward they then gave me some good news that my system was still under warranty and all would be covered. Awesome. Then he said it will be another $463.00 for them to do the work, I was confused because that's what a warranty is for but ok let's get it fixed, I was told a day or 2 to get the parts and they would be back, I heard nothing from them so I called 3 days later and they haven't even ordered the parts yet..What?..then I was told I didn't respond to an email to proceed and I informed him I responded within 10 minutes of there email he proceeded to argue with me for 5 minutes that it was my fault and then 1 minute later he say's oh yes you did respond but we were busy so I will order the parts now and get to you in a couple of day's..great, I have been taking cold showers for a few days now and I get to keep enjoying more cold showers with no I'm sorry or we will make it right, just attitude but I was already stuck with them because they have been talking to Noritz and opening a claim. They finally came out a few days later and sent some kid to install the parts he was here all day long and when he finished I walked out and he said it's all done and pretty much ran to the truck and left without coming in to the house to make sure everything was right, I took a shower the next morning and as the shower was running I turned on the faucet to brush my teeth and there was no water pressure at all so I called them back they came out and the first guy who did the diagnostic showed up and he told me there was nothing wrong with system and after 20 minutes of going back and forth and then said I needed to replace the system with a new one and a different brand and he would give me a quote for that..No Thank you..he finally admits there was definitely something wrong and then he say's it's your gas meter it's undersized and there is something wrong with it and I needed to get it replaced and after I had it replaced it would cost me another $249.00 for them to come back out and adjust the system..again, WHAT..so I asked to speak with the owner who called me back and was extremely rude and extremely hard to deal with I asked him to contact Noritz and have a Noritz rep come out with him and he became more rude and mad and said Noritz is not going to come out here for you!!! and finally said well I will have to come out there myself..he never came out and I never heard from him again. I called Noritz myself and they were shocked with everything they heard and sent out a Noritz rep who found the problem which was a clogged valve that Scott Harrison Plumbing should have noticed when they took it off or they should have flushed the system when they were done which Scott Harrison Plumbing DID NOT..I was into Scott Harrison Plumbing for $613.00 for warranty work and if I would have had them come back out I would have been $862.00 with them and come to find out I could of had a brand new system through someone else for around $1,200..if you want a real honest company call Anaheim Hills Plumbing and stay away from Scott Harrison Plumbing..you have been warned I wish I would have read some of his reviews before I had them come out..

Bert was timely and kept me appraised of everything that needed to be done. He was thorough and kept me informed of all charges. When parts needed to be ordered he made sure the new install appointment was made and that too, was kept in a timely manner.

Scott is Awesome! and he has a wonderful helpful staff. Their quick, helpful and Honest! with reasonable prices (which is Hard to come by with plumbers) They kept me informed as to what to expect and how long it would take. Thanks for the great service! Keep up the good work! :)

Thanks to Scott Harrison Plumbing for yet again taking care of our plumbing needs. From speaking with Shannon on the phone to the excellent work done by Victor, our issue was resolved in a friendly, professional manner. I have no problem recommending SHP to anyone looking for a great plumber.

Scott and Alex were so delightful as people, knowledgeable as plumbers, and went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of. It's so nice to know there are people who still take pride in their work. Alex not only explained every step of the process, he educated me to make informed choices, and took ownership of the whole process even communicating with owner and with my insurance.
