I love it when companies in the middle of their peak season have someone allocated to pick up the phone. Our central a/c went out during the 90+ degree weather. Tim showed up between the times we agreed upon. They do NOT charge for initial inspections and they live up to being the original no-charge inspections in the business. Full central air system inspection done very quickly. Fast repairs/service on a few parts that were replaced. Fast, friendly, professional. Will be using only the Honest Guys from here on out.
