After a little difficulty getting initial meeting for new unit, all went well. Pacific Coast Heating & AC Repair provided a temporary cool unit until our new unit was installed, 3 weeks later.

Our water heater conked out last night, so I called Pacific Coast Heating & AC Repair this morning. Their technician arrived right at the beginning of our service window, lucky us, and diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes. It was a leaky, older water heater and its life was over. We agreed on a price, he got to work and was done in less than 2 hours. Brand new, did some improvements to make shutoffs easier, replaced an outdated pipe with copper, all outstanding work. Couldn’t be happier.

Very responsive service. A/C wasblowing hot air. found piece of insulation was preventing the cool air entering the hourse. Second day, my mother called complaining the house was very hot 86 degrees. Found out the old thermostat was not working properly - 18 years old. Replaced with a new LCD thermostat so my mother can read temp as needed. Trust me she will. Was not charge a second trip charge, just the cost of the new thermostat. Very pleased. Have used for nearly three years. Always professional, polite and responsive.

EXCELLENT SERVICE! Wish I could give 10 stars! I called at 11:30 am. The serviceman was here by about 1 pm. He replaced the water heater in about 2 hours.
