Quick response. Initial impression very positive, but the longer I worked with the salesman the more I felt like I was dealing with an auto dealership in terms of sales tactics. Install team did not honor salesman timeline. Bottom line, after the dotted line was signed I felt like just one more small customer in a big company. A smaller, more local provider called after I had signed with Pacific Coast Heating & AC Repair and actually quoted a better price, but I do not renege. I will never know, but I feel like I would have been happier elsewhere.

He discovered some problems with the installation of our system, but he did not pressurize my husband to fix them. He did, however, give my husband a reasonable estimate for the cost of the repairs. They have performed work for us in the past on another house where an estimate from another business was significantly higher, and their costs are very competitive.

Mechanic was Alex, work was done on June 22 EXCELLENT job! I’m very happy with the service. Alex was at my house right on time. He was very pleasant and even did a couple extra, small tasks related to the installation for me. He answered all my questions and cleaned everything up when he was done.
