From the sales consultation to the new AC unit install, to all the servicing after the fact, Pacific Coast Heating & AC Repair has been great to work with. My unit died in the middle of the summer and couldn't get scheduled for a new install for 2-weeks, but they worked for 4 hours to get my old unit working until my new one could be installed.

Brian was fantastic. He discovered that the attic instead of the bedrooms was receiving cool air from the air conditioner because an old swamp cooler hole hadn't been properly sealed. Simple fix! He then looked over and cleaned our air conditioner, which is now operating flawlessly, and checked all of the returns in our home. Brian was incredibly nice and professional.
