Joshua did an outstanding job fixing a leak that no other plumber had been able to fix. He was here first thing in the morning determined to solve this problem once and for all. Excellent work and incredibly professional!!!!!

Jay came out and took care of a backed up sink. He was polite, professional and explained every step of the repair. No hidden fees and he fixed the problem quickly. Nice guy.

We called Goettl for an estimate. Geo, the hvac technician, came out. He is very knowledgeable and answered all our questions with a lot of patience. If you are considering calling Goettl, we recommend you ask for Geo.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Goettl. I had two technicians visit my home to inspect why our heating system was not working. Upon realizing that my furnace was relatively new and there was no opportunity for them to upsell, their behavior and communication took a negative turn.

The second technician mentioned that we needed to replace the inducer in the furnace and fix the return ducts. However, it seemed that because the company could not make a substantial profit from this job, their interest in assisting me diminished.

I made multiple attempts to contact both the technicians and the company to discuss the situation and find a resolution. Unfortunately, they did not return my calls or provide any further assistance. This lack of communication and unprofessionalism is unacceptable, especially when dealing with essential home services like heating.

I would not recommend Goettl to anyone in need of HVAC services. Their lack of integrity and poor customer service left me without a solution for my heating issue and forced me to seek help from another company. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere for your HVAC needs.

I just wanted to leave a review for Jacob. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I appreciated that he took the time to carefully explain things to a newbie like me. It was very apparent that he takes pride in his work and enjoys helping others. Love that he came with shoe covers!! Gonna try request him again when we get our a/c looked when it starts heating up again. Thanks Jacob 🙏🙏

This very aggressive driver that was alone in the carpool lane on 118 freeway in the valley and tailgating innocent drivers along the way while increasing his speed above 80 mph in Simi Valley after the carpool ended again tailgating is dangerous to their insurance and liability as well to others. Arizona plate with VSD as part of the plate. The large vehicle exited First Street in Simi Valley. This is how you advertise your experience of customer service??
