Robby came to our house to replace a toilet and the process was quick and easy. He arrived, looked at the situation, and described step by step what he needed to do and how long it would take. The toilet was installed neatly and fairly quickly. Robby was friendly and very professional and we will certainly ask to see if he's available the next time we need services.

I had a new HVAC installed last year in August 2021. We noticed a stain on our ceiling recently and thought the installation may have had a small leak. At first, the tech sent out said that there was a small leak and he fixed it. However, afterward we saw additional water damage and called Goettl who sent out another tech to assess. After that, another tech was sent to assess and he determined that the system appeared to be faulty and would need to likely be replaced. In the meantime with temperatures in the 90's I had no use of my air conditioning. I was told that I would get a call from a manager to arrange repair. I didn't. I had to call multiple times and finally they said they would send a 4th tech to assess and measure. Still no air conditioning in this heat. Finally, after I called several times and refused to hang up until I had a commitment that someone would be at my home the next morning to fix the mess, I had a commitment. The team arrived the next morning and fully replaced the faulty condenser that was cracked and likely was cracked since it was installed a year ago. This was all under warranty. Next, I was told I would receive a call from a manager to arrange for the water damaged drywall to be fixed at Goettl's cost. No call. I called back every day for a week and NOT ONE SINGLE MANAGER RETURNED MY CALL. Thus, I am leaving this review. Goettl advertises that they take care of things and that customers are their priority. While those taking calls are curteous, they are not empowered and management needs serious training to fully understand what customer service means. When a customer is told they will recieve a call from a manager within 24 hours - MAKE THE CALL even if you don't yet have someone lined up. I told multiple people (Eric, Mark, etc.) that I have a guy who can do the work but I want to be reimbursed. My house is sold and the new owner shouldn't have to deal with this crapppy customer service from management. Perhaps now I'll get a call back. I will also be making a complaint on the BBB site so that other trusting customers who spend over $15,000 to this company aren't as disappointed as I am. Sorry but I have no other recourse but to make this review.
