Victor did an amazing job finding where the source of my exterior lateral drain line clog was coming from. Wasn't an easy task but he came fully equipped with all the different tools he needed to get the job done.

Tanner was great and of course his up selling was impeccable, but what irritates me about goettle is them lying about tanner having a flat tire, not showing up on the scheduled appointment that happens, but blatantly lies for no reason makes no sense.

Beware, warning, do not use this company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
First and foremost they upcharge to the extreme. The add, pad and outright lie about what they are charging for. The invoice is extremely vague and misleading and items not used on the job. I had two invoices and disputed them and instantly they removed $1,999.00 from the invoice. Save yourself a huge headache and money drain, oops, I said drain, well let me go further, don't let them get near your sewer line because you will flush an outrageous amount of money down and out to the tune of $28,000.00 for 40 feet. That's when I said to Adrian, the tech (plumber) you're more of a salesman than a plumber.
Need I say more. Do not use this company.
A manager, Teddy, gave me his personal phone number, useless, he never called back even though I left several voice messages.
You'll never get to anyone that will listen to you, respect you, or call you back. I'm contacting a lawyer.
I don't want you to endure what I've experienced.

I have a follow up to the horrible service I’ve received.
I had to resort to a negative review of Goettl. Daniel, a new General Manager, called concerned about the problem which he actually knew all about, everything is recorded at Goettl. He wanted to make me a happy customer. He freely admitted Goettl’s mistakes but wanted to know how he could make me happy because I had such a horrible experience. Experience? How about speaking in a service related language, such as quality, professionalism, price value, not experience. I didn’t just ride a roller coaster, though this company truly made me sick to my stomach.

Daniel has not called back, which is stated in their response in this review.

Goettl does not care about customers, they only care about the COMPANIES bottom line. When I did speak to Daniel he waxed on and on about Goettl’s overhead due to advertising, payroll, expansion to other states, and so much more.

Well, that really helped my problem didn’t it? Goettl does not care about customers, they ignore us. Pond a local plumber who care and responds.

Of all the choices I had to get my sewer lines replaced, I went with Goettl. Sure, the job was a little expensive, but you get what you pay for. These professionals did the job quickly and they did the job right. My kitchen sink now doesn't back up everytime my washer drains out. My old cast iron sewer lines were almost completely clogged, and the new 2 inch ABS pipes will last in our forever home without worry.
I applaud the professionals at Goettl Plumbing and the wonderful service they have performed for me and my family.

Had my water heater and flooding inspection today and the tech Gary was so nice and informative. I would definitely have Goettl come out for any other services my home my need.

Our shower drains kept getting Clogged up and we called Goettl in Simi Valley, CA. Technician Felix Flores came out. As soon as he arrived he introduced himself and had great customer service. He explained what he was going to do and asked if I had any questions. He got to work and was very respectful of our home. Before he started, he went over the work order and total. He also offered other services and showed me the benefits of being a member of their company and the savings it would have for our family in the future. Needless to say, I became a member. Thank You Felix for your great customer service and work.
Companies need to acknowledge hard-working and nice employees like Mr. Felix Flores as he is an asset to their company and that is hard to come by nowadays!!!! We were very pleased with Felix.

Just had an excellent initial consultation for my furnace with Sarmen. Very professional, through inspection, explained everything in terms that I understand.
I recommend Goettl and Sarmen to anyone who needs furnace repairs.

Joshua has really great customer service.. He was on time . Also showed me everything that was going on with my pipes. Got the drains cleaned out with no problem . Cleaned up after himself .. I'll most definitely have his service again if I have more problems and will definitely referring him to my friends and family
