    Consultant Harry ordered wrong sink .The counter was cut wrong also .Tom had problems finding sink that would fit the counter top .Should have took 2 days to install took 2 weeks had to do dishes outside in the yard. With a family of 7. We could not afford to eat out. Harry in Sante Fe Springs.Has not returned my calls he took 5chours of my time and he still got it wrong. 8 weeks to put in a counter top and new sink. Not recomended. Sears. I've trusted them a long time thought they we're professional. Big headache !!!

    First I'd like to say that Howard and his crew were on time and very professional. The problem was the salesman Tom. During his presentation to replace our HVAC system, I told him that we had 3 registers that had no air flow. He said that we were getting new ducts and then went on to describe the new ducts. At this point I assumed (shame on me) that the no air flow issue would be corrected. After the install the 3 registers still had no air flow. Installer contacted Tom and he told the installers that their work was done and the problem with the no air registers was our problem. At this point my wife spoke to Tom and he told us that only accessible ducts would be replaced. He never told us that. We had to hire another contractor to find the problem and fix it.

    Let me start by saying "Thank You" to Jim Mirza, Project Coordinator extraordinaire for handling our project with such speed and direction.

    Next, the men of team 'Temp-Aire', the crew that came out to complete the project.
    Saul, Greg, Gabriel & Richard made short work of a full and complete installation with impressive focus and an obviously knowledgeable and expert skill in each phase of the operation.
    Saul and Greg both showed great care while moving throughout my home and when dealing with family members still in attendance during the removal of the old system and the installation of the new one.
    I really appreciated the time taken to explain the many facets of the new system, how it worked and the best way to utilize its multitude of functions.
    Overall, their care seemed genuine and not forced.
    I express my gratitude in that if it were possible to have this particular crew perform all of my remodeling needs, I would undoubtedly do so without hesitation. I will certainly request them for every other project in the future and recommend them for all HVAC service needs.

    Work done right-just 2 months past due date. No communication. Wanted a roof put on as part of a pre-req. for a refinance to a fixed rate mortgage. Needed it to be done by end of October. Talked about impending Sears bankruptcy. They assured me there would be no impact on my project. Wrong. Whole job finished Dec. 8th. Lost my locked in rate for refinance.Two project managers left Sears during this-virtually no communication. Roof job done over 6 days with no notice as to when they were coming. Wanted to support Sears but overall very disappointed.

    Our route roofers were very courteous men. They did everything that we were told they would do, including cleaning up each and every day. That's very important to us as we have four little pets running around outside. I would hired at them again in a heartbeat, except that with the quality of the roof we purchased, we will probably not have to!!!!

    From salesman Tom to installer Andy it was a smooth, well organized process getting my new Carrier AC/heating system installed. I highly recommend them, and will continue to do my related business with them. A+

    Actually, this is a 4.5-star review. In all there were six guys who did our A/C installation and inspection from a Sears subcontractor called Fedra. It took all day but that was expected. The 0.5 star deduction is for the slightly crooked cable cover installed on the back wall of our house. Otherwise, I recommend A/C from Sears.

    This has been a nightmare. I bought a new furance because a blower went out and I need it for the AC. I bought a new one with the inference it would be put in within 4 days. When I finally talked to someone I was told the S CA was backed up and it would be 8th of Aug before they came in to look at site and order parts for an installation on the13th. No one came on that day. I called and then was told the 12th they would come. I have paid for hotels, AC portable units, fans etc. and now they don't have me scheduled for any appointments. I have called countless numbers to be told they have no record of it yet it has gone through my card. All numbers lead to people in different areas who don't even know where CA is and who can not answer any local questions. This has been a very frustrating ordeal. I have bought all my applicances from sears in past and have never had this much difficulty.

    I highly recommend Sears Transform Home Services. Excellent service, professionalism and did a great job of installing a complete HVAC system in one day, and they were on budget!

    I would never use Sears again. Was totally misrepresented in the Sales meeting. Contractors were used. Paid premium price. I could have hired my own contractors.
