From the first step of this process i was extremely impressed. Hayk T. Was the sales reprensentative who took his time explaining every detail about the process and installation. He helped me get financed and never made me feel as if i was wasting his time. Mike, John and Sean were the guys who installed the system. They were all professional and very helpful. They worked hard until everything was installed and worked properly. I am glad i chose Sears for this service and I highly recommend it for anyone who needs cooling and heating services.

The installers were wonderful. They called for apptsunami and we're always on time. They were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
I think that the company didn't order part of the remodeling for the tub in a timely. When it finally came the supplier had sent the wrong thing.
The new piece was ordered but I got no calls from the company to let me know what was happening.
I was promised this job would be finished in 2 weeks. It took 7 1/2 weeks.

I agree - project coordination needs to improve. We went with Sears because of the warranty and guaranteed customer service. Installation went well, the contractor was very professional and obviously an expert. A week after installation, the thermostat stopped working. It was a hot day, we could not turn the unit on - there is no reset button or a manual way to turn it on. I called the numbers provided “should I need any help” without any help.
We were charged A LOT for promises & “top of the line” devices and we were let down. The sales team was personable but I am very very disappointed in the overall delivery, quality of the product, and non-existent project management or customer service - Sears took our $ and did not deliver on their promise.

Very disappointed with the service and project coordination. what I was told would be a simple 2-3 day project is now going on 2 weeks past that date with no end in sight. Project started 1 week beyond the approximate start date. Spoke with reps from Sears but cannot get any answer when it will be completed. Seems to be a serious disconnect with Project Planning and installers. Went with Sears because I thought it would be handled professionally and timely. I was sad to say that the only person going the extra mile to assist me was the sales rep. But since his ability to get the coordinate with installers is not his core function there was only so much he could do.

Sears installed a beautiful A/C a week ago and i could not be more pleased. Very punctual; Very hard working crew; Very informative and very polite. Andy made sure all was done promptly, on time and cleaned up. Very pleased and would recommend their service to everyone. Great cool air.

Tomas and the crew were excellent and do have most of our appliances with sears such as dishwasher, washer, dryer and refrigerator so am very loyal. Was tough without an airconditioner as was very hot upstairs now is so much better. They worked hard and would recommend as was explained thoroughly.

Just an awful experience from beginning to end. It took over 3 months to get the job started, then the workmanship by the bathroom "technician" was pathetic! Too many errors to list here, but to be sure totally dissatisfied with the job done. It's very misleading to see the Sears name attached to this company. I would never have expected this poor of service. Beware!!!

Sears should not be in the home improvement business because their contractors are not very good at what they do and are very limited to what they can do. We hired them to replace the sink, the countertop and the backsplash in our kitchen and to remodel our main bathroom. These are two pretty basic jobs for a contractor but it took them much longer than anticipated to get the work done. The kitchen sink was left with exposed wires because the contractors didn't have the capacity to put the outlets back into the walls after putting in the backsplash. It took about a month before that issue was resolved. When it came time to start on the bathroom they sent just one guy to do the remodel and to do a job they said would take four days to finish but took almost a month. The size of the mirror, shower caddy and the bathtub itself were measured wrong and it took him all this time to get it right. Also, once the job was so-called completed he was unable to put things back the way they were prior to starting the job. Although the contractor did replace the baseboards that were taken out and fix the hole in the floor left from the old tub because the new tub was the wrong size and paint where the sink was replaced it is not Sears policy for them to do this. The contractors they hire basically just do demo and replace, they don't do patchwork and clean up after the new items are installed. And, even after all of that he still left a nice sized portion of the wall near the sink where the old sink used to be uneven and unpainted so we have to get that done ourselves. Needless to say I will not be hiring Sears for any future home improvement jobs and I would not recommend their services.

We had our HVAC removed and replaced by Sears a few years ago. Their communication was good and the work was done efficiently. We are satisfied with their service.

three stars for the product but working with SEARS on any project is at best a D-, the project manager was a complete moron and if not his fault then WHO's ?? The sales man is the best here since he suckered me into the sale good for him and the work that is farmed out to not sure but the lowest bidder possibly, the house was left daily in a mess.. The last day of work they left ONE MAN alone to finish the work and CLEAN in the dark which didn't happen and for the life of me I cannot blame him but yes I blame his charming (NOT) boss. So DO NOT USE SEARS unless you don't care about your properties cleanliness. I am sure to be picking up nails and staples for weeks to come unreal and they left a whole sheet of plywood in my front yard standing straight up as well as a big can of tar and some other large trash. They piled their trash up against my garage and it is a new door that has now been marred and scraped ME NOT a happy customer
