Tena HVAC Heating and Air Conditioning

Javier should not be running a business. He is flakey, has poor communication, and tried charging me an extra $1000 last minute instead of going through my insurance. I am in utter disgust that he runs his business like this. This is one of the worst experiences I’ve gone through with a contractor. It’s now been 7 months of his flakiness and my unit is still not replaced. If you want things done effectively and efficiently, use a different company. Don’t waste your time like I did.

Tena canceled my appointments twice in a row. Both times they also said they can’t reschedule and offered to call me later to reschedule. They never called back. Very unreliable and hard to reach. Avoid this contractor.
