Excellent product demonstration. From demo to product manager measurements to make sure it was right. I purchased windows. They gave me 3 options and explained each. So I chose what I wanted...and they have to be custom made...and in few weeks...installation done...professional...careful and they look awesome. They did their thing....cleaned up excellently afterwards. Very satisfied. Had two picture windows replace. Here is a before and after photos. The door in the middle is also being replaced but at a later date. Highly recommend this company for windows.

I could not recommend SEARS Transform Home Improvement more. Of the dozens of contractors and sales people I’ve met Richard was a genuine, professional, prompt, respectful and friendly associate who assured I was getting the best products (Carrier mini split AC system plus blown in attic fiberglass insulation) at the best value.
He came on short notice and was always calling and messaging me regarding status updates and how the install was going. When he first came by we sat down at the kitchen table and enjoyed each other’s company while he also shared his own advice and personal experiences without being overbearing. I would definitely recommend his service to all!

We had Sears Home Improvement do our cabinet refacing and we couldn't be more pleased, the worker who put the cabinets in was professional, clean, tidy, precise and perfection was done in putting the cabinets in correctly and he did them all in 4 days, a very hard worker. We love the new cabinets. Sears sales team initially were fantastic as well and professional.

The positive: The sales guy Jesse was very helpful and explained everything and worked hard to set up the deal. The installers (outside contractors) were very professional and knowledgeable. They took pride in their work and did a great job.
The negative: The project managers for Sears are incompetent. My job was scheduled a month and a half in advance. The equipment and machines were never ordered. I took vacation time to be at home for the install, but since the equipment and hardware wasn't ordered in time, the project could not start on time. This was complete incompetence. How do you not order all the stuff when you have 1.5 months to do it!

The Sears team, headed by Jesse Dominguez, and Temp Air installers headed by Pedro Salazar were just the best. Carrier 5 Stage system is amazing.Thank you to the bottom of my heart.❤️

I had the worst experience. The person assigned to me for my project was Samantha Morales. I spoke to her one time at the beginning of the project. I was without a working kitchen for 3 weeks due to her "scheduling." She never returned any of my calls my only communication with this project was my contact with the sales rep Zuma. If it wasn't for her I wouldn't had anyone. At the end of the project I had to have the counter person return because the counter was damaged and the plumber because there was a leak. All in all I will never return to Sears or make any recommendations of it. The final work is fine but the project was a nightmare. I now hear that the person assigned to me was promoted. WTF.

I experienced some non disclosure issues on the salesman behave. You most disclose interest rate and anything that is going to affect the customer now and in the future. I really would have like to have seen a itemized sheet of all charges. I still have not received the serial numbers of the items. Why do I have to remind the salesman to send it to me. The service leading up to the installation of the equipment needs improvement. I had to keep calling her to find out when things was going to happen. The technicians did an excellent job installing the equipment, they were very professional. I just wish someone would have communicated that it would take two days to complete.

They are punctual, responsive, and provided quality and value throughout their professional work ethics on the premises of our home. They are through, clean, covered all my furniture, the floors and cleaned up behind themselves leaving our home the way it should be inside and outside. I love the way they worked as a team to do a professional job, and they did. Thank you for a job well done!

Arrived on time, did an excellent job, knew what they were doing cleaned up as they worked and always had an answer with a smile with our questions. Have no complaints and don't expect any problems but if there are any feel assured they will be handled professionally as well. This is for a job of installing siding on our house. It looks great!
