Pacific Air USA was very responsive to my inquiry to have my dryer vent cleaned, and they kept me posted every step of the way, from scheduling to their arrival to my home for the job.

And the Technician Joseph Avila-Cruz showed up earlier than the scheduled time, and he was very Professional and courteous. Joseph was very knowledgeable and did an excellent job of cleaning out my dryer vent from the inside and the outside, and he also cleaned up afterwards. I highly recommend Pacific Air USA for dryer vent cleaning, and I will use them again in the future.

Isaac did such an awesome job on our home!! He was very professional and communicated the process and next steps thoroughly during the whole appointment. Edel and Juan were truly wonderful cleaning, sealing and providing insulation in my attic. They were professional and did excellent work, my house was spotless when they finished up and they went above and beyond even unclogging and repairing my broken dryer vent in the attic. Jay and Juan came over to clean our dryer vent ducts. Our dryer wasn’t working as well as it should and we suspected that the ducts were the issue. There was so much sand and other debris clogging it. What a complete mess!! They took such good care and cleaned everything out. They improved the dryer performance and eliminated the safety hazard. He was herr to assess a situation with my dryer - but also looked at my furnace while here. From scheduling the appointment to the completion of work, excellent customer service and very professional. Samuel was our inspection he was friendly and knowledgeable, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the company to friends and Family.

I called due to a horrible smell filling my home and making it unbearable and additionally wanted to get my craw space and attics cleaned. I invited multiple companies for an inspection and none were as knowledge as Samuel. Samuel struck us as honest, personable, and knowledgeable. He did a fantastic job explaining the issues with my crawlspace and attics. He went over all the options and gave his recommendation. To support his recommendation he took detailed pictures and showed it to me, this was particularly helpful. It helped me work with my budget and solicit his opinion on the parts that I wanted to get done now and the ones that I could postpone.

I decided to cancel the other appointments and just go with Pacific Air.
The day of the scheduled cleaning they arrived on time and Samuel brought Steven with him. Both went straight to work. They surprisingly found a dead cat in my attic.They cleaned up the additional rodent droppings and old insulation, sanitized, closed all the holes and installed new insulation. I have a old house (60's built), the sanitize part was really great.

Steven was also very knowledge, courteous, and helpful. I strongly recommend the both.

After the work was done, Samuel and Steven walked me over all the work done. I am glad I went with Pacific Air, everything was smooth and very professional.

I scheduled a dryer vent cleaning for my house today with PacificAirUSA. Vince was my technician. He’s super nice, responsive, and explained everything to me. His work is excellent. He also gave me detailed information about my dryer vent duct and made sure everything was in superb condition before he left. I would definitely hire Vince and the company again!

I’m going to move to a new townhouse. I let PacificAIR clean my furnace vent and dryer vent. Emiliano came. He is very nice. He told me that his company just cleaned the dryer vent of each unit of the building recently. So I didn’t need to spend money on that and saved hundreds of bucks.

We had our air ducts cleaned by 2 wonderful gentleman the other day. They went above and beyond to help us, walk us through what they saw and did some rodent extraction. They were polite, professional, quick and thorough. We had one of them back out the next day to complete a dryer vent cleaning, and he was great the second time as well. We were very satisfied with our service. Highly recommend.

I had an excellent experience with every aspect of the service call to clean my dryer vent. I called on a Sunday to schedule the appointment, and was actually able to make one for the following Tuesday.
Robin, the technician arrived exactly on time, was organized, efficient and very nice. He protected my hardwood floors before pulling my dryer out, showed me the dust and lint that was brushed out of the vent, and cleaned up well afterward.
