First of all thank you to Mike and David for a job well done. I have a few comments I’d like to share:

1. Calling at least 30 minutes letting us know they’re on their way is a plus since my kids are still sleeping and have time to wake them up. Much appreciated. From the start when Mike and David came to our home to inspect they were an absolute pleasure to deal with and very professional.
2. This company is very fair and very competitive on pricing, and was kind enough to offer discount for the frontliners ( my husband is a nurse ) .
3. Mike and David came to perform the work were very respectful. And very knowledgeable in what they’re doing.
4. Mike and David was always available to answer our questions and also keeping us updated throughout.

Ended up for another scheduled work and also signed up for maintenance.

Sam and his team did a great job clearing out the old insulation, dead rodent and sealing the entry points. They were professional and arrived on time. The entire process took longer than expected but the end results are great. Very responsive and made the extra effort to ensure I was satisfied with the work. Highly recommend!

I found Pacific Air through Thumbtack! They were quick to respond, gave me a thorough estimate for our issues (I especially appreciated all the pictures they took and the time they spent explaining everything). We then were able to quickly schedule repairs. Our technician Isaac was very polite, arrived promptly on time and completed the work thoroughly and quickly. We will definitely use their services again in the future for our HVAC needs!

Adrian, Joseph and Luis were professional and very courteous. They did a great job installing my new air ducts. After they completed the work, they explained and even showed me pictures of what was done. I would definitely recommend Pacific Air.

Firooz patiently tracked down the issue and quickly identified a solution. I was really relieved that the problem could be fixed the same day.

Updated review to include inspection, removal of old ducts with proper asbestos abatement, sanitize and seal of attic, install of new ducts and blow in insulation.

Regarding my pre-install inspection, Pacific Air was not the only company I had come out to review my attic and provide a bid. Jacob came out, he was super clean, didn't disturb anything on the inside of my house, he was on time, professional, took a ton of time to talk to me and answer all of my questions. He took pictures while in my attic so we could discuss anything he saw. His follow up was also great, timely and more about how I was doing with any questions on the process than trying to sell me something. If you really want to know what's going on in your attic, this is a good call to make.

I chose Pacific Air and Jake set up a schedule of the work to be completed, was available for questions and always got back to me quickly.

Isaac came in with his crew after the abatement was completed, which was fast and that team laid down lots of plastic on the floor and inside to keep my house clean and they sealed all the vent registers. Once that was done Isaac's crew showed up right on time, also laid out coverings for my floor and walls to seal off the working area and keep my house clean. They cleaned, sanitized and sealed my attic, then they installed new ducts and blew in the insulation. They were done in a reasonable amount of time, answered all of my questions and were very sweet and respectful. The air coming out of my new ducts is much warmer than the old ones and just in time for our next leg of winter!

Vince and Jacob from Pacific Air repaired (sealed) our air ducts, insulated and cleaned them. Right from the very beginning while performing an inspection and providing a quote, Vince was very professional, methodical and explained what services would be needed. He was very responsive to texts and calls and answered all the questions I had prior to the job. He was on time at the job site and along with Jacob, did a great job. I will recommend both of them and Pacific Air highly for their quality of service and attention to detail.

Vince came to our house to do a deep cleaning of our HVAC ventilation. He texted before arrival to give an accurate ETA and arrived perfectly on time. Vince is super kind, professional and helpful. Thank you very much for the great service! 😁

Vince and his team did a great job. From the initial inspection Vince was very professional and took the extra time to explain the issues to us in detail. They carried out the work a week or so later and were on time, courteous and made sure to clean up as they went. And again kept us well informed with everything throughout the day. Great customer service throughout the process.

Very responsive and professional company. I left a message and Michael, the manager, called me back at 7pm and when he understood the urgency, he scheduled a technician to come to my house. Sam, the technician, got there on time. he was very knowledgeable and helped me understand what are the options to clean the crawl spaces. I was really impressed by this company and will use them again in a heartbeat.
