The technicians who performed all aspects of the insulation installation were outstanding. They were extremely professional, thorough and knowledgeable. They completed all the jobs outlined in the work order created by Mark and reviewed each before and after the job was completed. They showed me multiple pictures upon completion as well. I would highly recommend Pacific Air and the technicians.

This was initial inspection to check what work is needed. We plan to continue with PacificAir in completing the entire job of cleaning, enclosing space, vent replacement and new furnace.
The tech Sam was very thorough, knowledgable, friendly and very professional. This level of service is rare, we are very impressed. We look forward to having him come back and do the job.

Vince is knowledgeable person and did great job for cleaning my house dryer vent. Before his arrival, he did give some heads up and arrived on time. He did explained about the job (which he is going to do) and how long it will take to complete the same. Once the job is completed, he did show how it was and how it is. Also he did handled all the movements like moving dryer out of the place and cleaning the space. He did explained how frequently we need to do this cleaning. In overall it's a nice experience.

Vince arrived right on time, he even texted before his arrival. He came to clean our dryer vent. It was overdue. His service was great and showed us before and after pictures for illustrations. He is very polite and brought his own shoe covers and with his mask on. We really appreciate his service and will definitely contact him again when it’s due time for the next cleaning.

Appreciate the service from Juan on our heater. He was able to quickly identify the issue, make recommendations for repair, and quickly completed the repair once the part was in. He went above and beyond to verify with me that our thermostat was set up correctly for the unit, and of course ensured everything was working well before heading out.

Vince M was very polite and professional throughout his service. He came on time and sent me a heads-up text as well. We had the dryer vent - which went up into the roof - cleaned. Previously, we had tried it ourselves but our dryer was still giving off errors. Vince was very thorough while cleaning and kindly listened to my concerns/answered any questions I had about the dryer vent. He also gave us insight on our dryer based on his previous experience with the brand which I was thankful for. Thank you, Vince! Keep up the fantastic work!

I had a great experience using Pacific Air. They called me right away after my online inquiry to schedule an appointment. They answered my questions and were fairy priced. Joseph came to clean out my dryer vent (I've never had it done since buying my home 8 years ago) and he was very helpful. We don't have a vent to the exterior walls, so he had to work in our garage in a tight space. Plus it was 90 degrees, but he was very professional and got us taken care of. Super pleased with my experience with Pacific Air.

Today Vince, from Pacific Air, came to clean my dryer vent. Boy, was that overdue! His service was exemplary. I’d asked that he come at the beginning of the time interval if possible. He responded giving me the opportunity for him to arrive 15 minutes early, which was so helpful. He was efficient, explanatory, and businesslike. He wore booties in the house, and a mask. He was able to do the cleaning from outdoors, and he cleaned up completely after himself. He recommended annual or biennial cleaning, and I’ve put it in the calendar. he provided photographs of the before and after situation of the vent. Those were dramatic! I would be delighted to have Vince here again the next time I need this service.
