Vince and Michael were very knowledgeable and accommodating. They advised me well and let me know the scope of work without feeling I was being ripped off. Still awaiting my quote but feel confident about hiring this company for service.
Update: I hired them. Isaac, Jesus and Aron came out, worked all day and performed a thorough and professional service replacing ducts, cleaning up rodent debris, cleaning ducts, cleaning fireplace and rodent exclusion work. I am happy with all they did at the price I paid. Very competitive pricing and extensive services. We have heat! Thank you.

I called Pacific Air and dealt with Mike who was extremely knowledgeable about my issues with the house and what needed to be done. He and his crew were very personable and courteous when in my home doing the work. Mike explained all costs and even helped me find ways to bring the cost down by telling me what absolutely needed to be done and what could wait. He was very honest and made me feel very comfortable with paying for the work that they did. I highly recommend this company.

Jay and his crew out here this week and were just the best. Personable, polite, did a great job and far surpassed ANY contractor we've had out here over the years for similar issues. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

This review is about a month late. I want to say that Vince M. with Pacific Air was great when he came to our home to clean our dryer vent. He educated us on how to maintain it once he was gone. He was friendly and on time. thanks to him we can use our dryer again without worry of it catching fire. thank you!

I needed to find out where the bad smell was coming from for dead rodent under the house. I made an appointment for 1 to 3pm. Mark called prior and texted me he was the way. I like how they text with a picture, so I knew who was coming to the house. That was very nice touch. He was on time and very professional. Uniform, gloves, boot covers, mask and gloves. Head light gear to under the house. He knew exactly where the problem was located and did a very thorough inspection of the foundation with expert advise on what was needed to resolve the rodent issue. Thank you so much! Would recommend using this company, and ask for Mark, he is very knowledgeable.

The guys came and cleaned all the old link out of my dryer. I didn't know that was a thing but boy, does it make a difference! I have stacked units, so they had to unstack, unplug the dryer, clean all the link in the fans in back and throughout the machine and reassemble hookups and machine on top of washer! They did a great job! And once it was back on top, it was still rocking a bit when I pulled the door open. SO they fiddled with the washer and the dryer until both were solid! They were quiet and got the job done. Kind and professional in there interactions with me. Will definitely call them back when I need more help.

We asked PacificAir to come out and take a look at our heating and AC to see if we could add dual zone. Our technician, Mark T., was super professional and helpful. He was upfront with the fact that it wouldn't be possible due to space, but after going through the house and checking vent flow, was able to give several suggestions that would end up giving us similar results while saving a lot of money. I will definitely be reaching out to PacificAir when the time comes to upgrade our furnace and AC unit.

Excellent appointment with Mark! I was late due to a communciation-gap, but Mark was very gracious and professional. His survey of my home was very thorough and informational. I look forward to future follow-ups and would definitely recommend Pacific Air to friends, family.

Our inspector Mark was punctual and professional. He pointed out what I would need, and explain to me the best practices for the repairs I had requested. He managed to turn the project around and three days, and even called me after it was scheduled to make sure I was satisfied. I would highly recommend this company!
