We had a great experience with SJ heating and cooling. The owner was great and knowledgeable and provided me with a fair quote compared to some of the other bids I received. Armondo an the team were professional and efficient. We had all the duct work in the house replaced, new furnace and A/C as well as relocating our furnace to the attic. Stan was very knowledgeable and professional. Stan helped install a humidifier after completing furnace cleaning and inspections. Stan was friendly and kept his face covered throughout the whole process.

We worked out a time and he was still 30 minutes prior to my time slot. He worked quickly and efficiently to get things done and took the time to explain what he was doing.

They were able to fit me in during a busy summer schedule. The replacement of my AC was challenging in my view, as the AC unit is located in the attic. They handled this without hesitation. I have two AC units and now the second one is failing. They were both installed at the same time about 18 years ago. I have booked an appointment with them again to replace the second unit.

I had a great experience with Eric. We had an AC installed in our townhouse, and our HOA had restrictions on how it could be done. We met with a few contractors, and some of them seemed to be perplexed by the challenge.

We were really impressed when we met Eric. He was very personable, as well as knowledgeable. I appreciated the fact that he was able to walk us through our options on the first visit, and we received his quote fast as well.

When the installers came to do the job they did a great job! They were very experienced. The original plan required unsightly conduit to be ran in closets. However, the installers came up with a solution that did not require conduit and kept everything hidden behind the wall. The final result looked as if the house had AC the entire time.

We replaced a commercial HVAC unit with this company. I am totally satisfied with their service. I highly recommend this company.

People who are looking for commercial level of service might know that there were less contractors in commercial service than in residential service. Maybe because of that, contractors who I contacted were rude, overpriced, or/and unpunctual. One of them charged on quoting in that they were too busy, a contractor spoke exactly same. Some contractors kept delayed a quote they were supposed to send and became ghosts after some delays. Some other didn’t show up without any notification. After spending, rather to say “wasting”, 6 months of finding a right contractor, my landlord found this company and they were totally different in good way.

1. He was punctual. He came to the restaurant to quote on the time and installation work has been done by the time he suggested. Actually, he once changed a day of work but he let me know in advance and gave me a clear explanation which was due to city’s code.

2. The company is organized. Their quote was clear and easy to confirm directly in online.

3. They offered very reasonable price. I contacted several contractors and this company offered the 2nd lowest price.

4. It has been 2 months passed after the new HAVC unit installed and it is working good so far.

I had a wonderful experience with Tomer, who was able to find the cause of the compressor’s failure, ordered new parts, delivered and installed them with a few days.
