Just had San Jose Heating & Cooling come out to fix a furnace that wasn't working. Since the furnace is the original furnace in a 24 year old house, I feared a major, costly repair. Contacted SJ Heating&Cooling early on a Saturday morning and a repairman came out by 11 AM. I chose San jose Heating&Cooling because of their great Yelp reviews and because they are based in my area, five minutes from my house. Yelp did not steer me wrong. The repairman (Armando) was friendly and knowledgeable. A part just needed to be replaced on the furnace. The cost of part and labor was very reasonable and it came with a one year warranty for part and labor. they will be the first business I call when I have a future heating or air conditioning problem
