It's amazing that I waited so long to contact this company. They offer the best customer service, and they are always available to make holidays special! They are efficient and fast, and their prices are very affordable. They have been my trusted service for many years. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Apparently this company does great work and has great service as one would assume from their reviews here, but I unfortunately haven't had the opportunity.

I have had two scheduled appointments in which the service tech has called me to tell me he's on his way, only to have hours pass and no one show up or even call to let me know they can't make it. Just had an appointment yesterday and the guy never showed up and didn't have the courtesy to let me know.

I'm a busy dude, with two kids, a job, etc. and I keep blocking time off in my day for these appointments only to have them stand me up last minute without even calling me, leaving me to wonder what has happened to the tech, is he still on his way, etc.

Very unprofessional and I'm shocked by the Yelp comments below that are positive because I have had multiple horrid experiences.

tl;dr: They're only interested in how much money they can make off of you.

I called them for a broken wall heater. They said they could fix it and would send a quote over. I also mentioned I'd be interested in a mini split system and talked a bit with the technician on some configuration ideas.

Fast forward 2 weeks, they've only sent me quotes for the most expensive configurations with ducted heat pumps, furnaces, and all the bells and whistles.

I've called, texted, emailed asking for a quote to fix my existing heater, but they never follow up. It's been 3 weeks now living with no heater in February, which shows how much this company actually cares about it's customers.
