We have had Hussey Brothers come to our house for service and this week they replaced our air conditioner and furnace. They arrived on time for the install and they took time to explain the process. They were confident and professional during the process, and they cleaned up after the install. Great friendly professional installers. Very happy with their service.

I used them for installation of new HVAC system, they did good job replacing my old furnace with new heatpump/heathandler. They were prompt in replacing faulty thermostat. However taking some delay in final permit, still following up several times to get final permit done and submit for rebates.

Hussey Bros is the most reliable company anyone can hire. Worked with Kyle in the initial proposal phase--which was competitive and more reasonable than the other quote. Once we accepted their proposal, they completed everything in three and a half days. The installation crew was professional and courteous, really liked their can-do will-do attitude, they worked around the house constraints well.

Needed to have my aging heating system checked out, including the ductwork in the crawl space. Hussey Brothers was recommended to me by another HVAC company. Hussey Brothers' courteous office staff scheduled an inspection right away. Their tech arrived on time and performed a thorough inspection. He then provided a clear, credible explanation of the current condition of the heating system. It turns out no work is needed at this time. Whenever repairs/replacement are needed in the future, these are the people I will hire.

Most places I contacted for repairs had a wait time of multiple weeks, but Hussey Bros were at my place within hours of calling. Their technician Thien was both knowledgeable and and eager to help me out. After diagnosing the issue, he was incredibly transparent about pricing and the services offered. He went through all the options and helped me determine the best action to take. Our ac unit was running immediately and I will never hesitate to call this business or recommend it to anyone else.

Hussey Bros had installed a heater for me at another place 7 years ago. So when our heater at our current house went out of order in late Jan, I called Hussey Bros; their tech came promptly to diagose the issue and provided quotes for both repair and new installation. Due to COVID, there was long wait for many service providers and parts. I went with Hussey Bros because of their good track record and that they can come to install the heater quickly. I was happy with the installation. My Hussey Bros experience did not end there. The past weekend when I tried to change the filter, a vacuum cleaner attachment fell into the duct above the heater; I called Hussey Bros & they were able to dispatch a tech promptly to resolve my problem. As a consumer in this community, it is inspirational & comforting to know that one of the finest family-owned businesses in this area is taken care of by the young generation, and that upholding the traditional culture of excellence in product, service and technical know-how is company-wide (from front office to the backend technical staff.)

Our heater went out and we called a Hussey brothers as we used them for a different place before. They came out right away, gave us a very fair price and replaced the heater within a few days since we had no heat. There was a small issue a month later and they immediately came out and fixed the issue. Highly recommended!

Hi, we would highly recommend Hussey Brothers. We called and within a couple of day a representative came out and provided a reasonable quote. They did the work about two weeks later over two days. Everyone was warm, professional and knowledgeable.
