I highly recommend Hussey Bros. The team that installed my ductless cooling and heating system was fantastic! I was very impressed with each and everyone of them. They were very professional, courteous and kind. They explained to me everything they were doing step by step. I couldn't be happier.Thank you all.

The technician came on time and was polite and covered his shoes and explained everything he was doing. I have called on Hussey Brothers for years and will continue to call them.

We went to two other companies to try to figure out why the mini split condenser was making so much noise and would short cycle. The two other contractors just said that it was working appropriately. There’s no way this thing was working appropriately. It took a couple hours and Jose soent a good amount of time on the phone with Fujitsu support and fix the problem. I am forever grateful for them.

Kyle came to provide quote. We’re impressed at how detailed he was.
Patrick and Randy came to install. They’re very nice and very helpful.

The most wonderful customer service and staff I have ever encountered with a business. I called Hussey and spoke to Edith. She was very pleasant and scheduled a time the following week to have Kyle come out to look at our old furnace. Kyle was prompt and efficient in accessing our needs for a replacement. To my surprise, he let me know that there had been a cancellation in the morning for the following day and asked if I was available to have my new unit installed then. Unfortunately, I had to work. He replied "No problem, you can leave a key and we will do the work for you". What a pleasant surprise! I came home that night and my system was installed and working! I had asked if it could be hooked up to my Nest system, but upon arriving home it wasn't. I called Edith and she got in touch with my installer and unfortunately my Nest was not compatible and that I could remove it. I replied that I did not know how to remove it and put the new one up. She said "No problem, we will send the installer "Mike" back out to do it for you. I was so impressed because most businesses will either charge you for them to come back out or simply say it is the owners responsibility to remove. The customer service was 150% from start to finish! Since the weather had been wet and cold, I was beyond appreciative that they got it installed and up and running. I highly recommend Hussey Bros., Inc.!!!!!!!!!!!!

After calling at least 15 AC/Heat Companies...could not find anyone to clean my Mini-Split AC Unit. *Finally--I found "Jose" at Hussey Bros.,Inc. *What a Relief it was to find a Tech to Maintain my AC Unit.*Now My Unit is Very Clean & I will be on their Annual Maintenance List. These Units must be Kept Clean....extends their Life. Thanks to Hussey Team Tech.

I contacted them after seeing them work at another house in the neighborhood. Kyle looked at our house and gave us a couple of options for installing a mini split ductless heating/cooling system. They were very responsive to our needs and did a very thorough job. Their installers, Rodney and Patrick were very thorough and professional. We enjoyed working with them and we highly recommend them.

Hussey Bros technicians were always very professional and friendly, always arrived on time and did a great job installing our hvac units. The office staff communicated regularly with me and always let me know when the technicians were coming to my house and the status of the job. They coordinated with my contractor to make sure everything was done on schedule. Thank you Hussey Bros!!
