They did an amazing Job! The got everything replaced in 2 days and they were very quick and hardworking with everything. We got our inspections done and it passed easily and not to mention now we have AC that actually gets cold in minutes! I would definitely recommend! Great Job Guys! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Everything perfect. Great costumer service (Sally was great in understanding our needs and trying to get the best fit for us!) The while team put a lot of attention in the details and leaving the work area tidy and clean. They were also fast responding to some concern after the installation and address the issue promptly.

A1 should be fixing our zone board and talked us into taking membership with them for expedited service but they are just incompetent in their job and haven't followed up with us since three weeks. Their "representative" has been saying she will follow up since a week but coming up with excuses daily. Will definitely NOT recommend them.

My gas furnace stopped working and Danny was able to diagnose the initial problem to a bad control board and once that was replaced, found the problem to be with the gas valve. Once these issues were addressed the gas furnace is working again.

I contacted A-1 Heating and Cooling to assist with installing a smart thermostat for my dual-mini-split system that currently has a wired thermostat. Their scheduling was easy and quick and their availability was great, and their flat price for my project was competitive and fair. Their follow up with confirmations felt reassuring and began immediately. Their technician could not finish the work on the first visit, but he was more than competent, he worked the problem well, had excellent customer service skills, and I felt my issue was his priority the entire time he was in the house. I went away from the licensed HVAC company who installed my system to go with A-1 Heating and Cooling, and I am so glad I did because I much prefer dealing with how friendly and professional they have been thus far.

Great service! Adrian went over and beyond to get our upgraded Zone regulator working right. Very patient to go over all the issues we had and how they were fixed.
