They quoted me an estimate of $850 to fix my heater. When the work was completed they only charged me $375. Very satisfied and know who I will call the next time my 50 year old carrier needs work!

I live out of town my parents live in Hemet and I didn't know who to call on a sat and I found J&M heating and cooling and they came right out and fixed the issue before the rain came back K Arnold the service tech was very professional and knowledgeable and my parents heater is working again I would highly recommended them. Make them your 1st call for service in hemet or Sanjacinto they service all other areas in riverside county as well they are available 24/7 for you you're the best!

Our AC was checked out by a J&M tech
In August. He disassembled the ousted unit to pieces then put it all back together again only to replace some tiny micro pin and supposedly claimed to have FIX it and stated we would soon get COLD air flow into the house, NEWS FLASH! NO COLD AIR as stated by him. We were CHARGED A WHOPPING $600 then left. I again called J & M and told them to come over to fix the unit correctly as I already paid them $600 for a so called completed job. The tech came by again re-checked the unit and stated we needed to replace BLOWER FAN AND CAPACITOR and it would be ANOTHER $900 for parts, labor extra. We told him, "NO THANKS"! bye bye. After the tech left, we noticed an OIL SPILL LIKE, behind the outside unit, so we told them AGAIN they neede to check that issue out to see where it came from, the tech came, saw it, claimed he knew nothing about it, as if baffled. So we decided to call another AC company for a SECOND OPINION. It was checked out, and the tech said the oil spill was a freon leakage. that was the reason for NO COLD AIR FLOW. He then added FREON and said NO BLOWER FAN OR CAPACITOR WAS NEEDED. The SECOND TRUSWORTHY TECH only charged $300 and our air conditioner has NOT had any issues as of now.

Wish I could give less than a 1 Star rating but the site wont let me. Kevin from J & M Air Conditioning came out at 7pm at night on Sunday and charged my 80 year old client a $195 after hours service call AND $520 to change out an igniter switch on her heating unit that really only costs about $40 AND said they were giving her a years warranty on the part when in reality the part comes with its OWN 1 yr warranty from the factory. These guys are crooks, they swindled a sweet old lady that was in desperate need for heat. Had I known what they were planning on charging her I would have told them to kick rocks and beat it out of there. I actually know an honest HVAC technician that couldn't believe how much they took her for but said big companies do it all the time and its the unsuspecting home-owner that is left footing the bill. Especially when the weather drops into the 30's and they don't think they have any other choice. Believe me this little lady is well connected in the community. She is going to make sure that all her friends know how she was swindled and they will tell all their friends. You guys have no idea how much future work you could have gotten had you only been honest and treated her with dignity instead of some dumb little old lady. Your business wont last long if you keep treating your patrons like this.
