J & M Air Conditioning & Heating

You hear some people blast companies for charging to much and or they got it for a better deal. Most people that post these reviews don't own a business and don't know how much overhead it cost to run them. They typically find a better deal from a guy working out of his garage with no license or insurance. When something happens good luck having them back anything up. Food for thought before going low budget.

Anyways, my a/c unit stopped working so I asked a few friends and they said most likely it's the capacitor. I drove all over the place looking for this part and to my luck no one had it. My wife called J&M and she ended up putting me on the phone with Steve. He asked me a few questions and then had me troubleshoot a few items on the unit. It took him about 2 minutes to guide me to a solution. He didn't have to do this and he didn't make any money but he still helped and no matter what i was going to eventually figure the problem out and fix it. He just saved me a ton of time and he will have my business from here on out. Thanks again for your help and I'll be sure to spread the word.

Richard answered our request for service. What a great experience to deal with a repair person who cares and did a top notch job! He explained what was needed and how the system was working. Told us good and also things to watch for in the future. Richard didn't rush but did a very complete check. When we started looking for a company had numerous recommendations from our neighbors to call J & M ask for Richard! Great!

We love J&M! They have never failed to keep our AC and heater going. They saved us from the disastrous work done by another company. We have used them ever since. Don't mess with another company. You can rely on J&M to install and maintain your system. We won't use anyone else.

We were thinking about having central air conditioning installed in our home. I wanted to give our business to a local company so I called J&M Air Conditioning & Heating. They responded by sending out a company representative to hour home. The company representative spent close to an hour talking with me. He also took some measurements and also took several pictures. He explained that they could install central air conditioning. He also said that they could show us 2 plans to go with. He said first he would have to go and submit his information to the engineers who would come up with two different plans of installation. The company representative said that he would email me the plans when they were finished. After 2 months we hadn't received either an email or a phone call. So I drove by there office and inquired as to what happened. The company's office person was not aware of anything. So he took down my information and said he would get back with me. Its now been over 3 weeks and I still haven't heard back from them. I would avoid this company. There office people are very unprofessional!!! I am taking my business somewhere else.

Adrian was very professional and personable. He figured out the problem quickly, repaired it, and gave helpful advice on keeping my unit running smoothly. Setting an appointment was easy and I was able to get a tech out to my home the same day when I called first thing in the morning.

I had an amazing experience with this company. Richard was absolutely great! He was super nice and friendly as soon as he came and gave me the best customer service possible. Mark and Matt did an amazing job working on my furnace, had it running in no time. They were very professional and the company has reasonable fare prices. I felt like they went above the call of duty to make sure the job was well done. I definitely will recommend this company to my friends and family!
