The service person they sent out, Tristin was very professional, informative ,polite and courteous service man.. somebody you want to have out on your service contract. was very pleased to have this person working on my unit. wish more people were professional like he was. that’s what makes Jan M Air Conditioning number one in our town it’s the people like that. yours truly Mr. and Mrs. Montuoro.

Two years ago, they worked the outside ground unit A/C and replaced the inside, it never worked right, I paid them $2800.00 they came back two weeks later n told me that it could be inside wall leak n the charged $1000.00 plus dollars, while they had a smile on their face, one of them was one of the top supervisors, the original worker Jason's going to quit to work for someone else cause he was going to be a father n needed more $$$, so I believed him when he said to me the problem was on the inside only...I was ripped off, I'm retired 62 years old..I put a comment like this a year later, I got a message from them they wanted to know the address, never call me back cause um an a fix income can't fix it. My nephew look at it, had a guy stop by, the A/C guy told me I got ripped off, all the other neighbors still have the original A/C n still work, in the summer I have to go to my daughter or son to get cool, Im now 65..

Jason came out and spent a lot of time diagnosing the issues with my older heater. He also returned and rechecked it for me and spent time explaining what was going on with the unit. He was awesome. Good company!

Had called the business 3 times that installed my system and they never returned the call. J&M called back quickly, gave me an estimate the same day and made the modes needed the next day due to a cancellation. Lucky for me. Showed up on time, actually earlier than expected, called ahead of time to confirm. Friendly crew, clean work and I'm very happy I called J&M. Not cheap but you get what you pay for. Next time I'll call J&M first. Thank you so much, Good job guys.

I needed bi-annual servicing and Adrian from J & M Air Conditioning and Heating came out with the new filter, his ladder ,tools and good manners to help me out. After he installed the filter and we discussed some of the conditions of my current duct work, he went outside and checked the air unit. He took it apart and cleaned it so nicely. (It had been more than 6 months --- sorry, Adrian!). We discussed a surge protector for my unit, which I am looking forward to installing next month. Adrian assured me that whenever I wanted that or any other assistance to just call --- no pressure. I appreciate so much the expertise and value of this maintenance! Imagine if no one ever called a professional to take a look once in a while! I have worked with J&M the last 3 years and can't say enough about their good service. Adrian was efficient, cordial, helpful and I'm going to ask for him again!

My air conditioner wasn't working, so I stopped in to get an appointment, the girls got me a same day appointment. Jason was there at the beginning of the time frame window they gave me. He was very thorough and nice with the options he gave me. I highly recommend this company ! So I needed a new unit and Matt came out on a Saturday and gave us a quote and had it all set up to be installed by Thursday!! Everything went so smoothly and was done on time. Matt was a pleasure to work with, he kept us informed and followed up afterwards!!

My furnace pilot light wouldn't stay lit. So I called J & M in San Jacinto and they sent Jason out to check things over. He's a really nice guy that explained everything he was doing. As it turns out, it took him awhile to find and fix the problem, a old faulty gas valve. The price of replacing the valve seemed high to me but with all the labor that kid put in, and in the hot sun, it was well worth it. His demeanor was friendly and professional and he was even on time. Try getting that with the cable guy...
