Excellent service. Did what was needed and did it quickly. On time, professional and friendly. We are SO happy with J&M. Although an emergency call, it feels like the cost was very fair/reasonable. Really appreciate businesses run in this way.

Daniel was the Technician that came out today to fix my air conditioning unit. He was very patient and knowledgeable with all my questions. He fixed my problem and didn’t try to take advantage or try to say I needed something else fixed to charge me more money. From my point of view, he is the technician you want to come to your home.

I have been a J&M customer since I bought my HVAC system in 2008. J&M have kept my system running perfectly since that time. I participate in twice yearly maintenance, and follow J&M's guidance on how to keep my system running smoothly, and it does. It's worth it to pay for the upkeep!

The J&M Technician (Robert) was a friendly and professional individual who (without any pressure) alerted us to the fact that
a part of the equipment would have to be replaced, based on how
it was performing now. His alert enabled us to replace the part before it broke down.

We called J and M when during a 100+ degree heat wave in Southern California our a/c went out. They came out quickly and the tech, Bill, was outstanding. He found out the issue in about five minutes and had a repair/cost estimate in as little time. We were concerned we would have to wait for the part or the issue wouldn't be resolved the same day. (life has a way of doing that, right?) Not only did he repair the problem quickly, but he showed
us some tips for better usage and explained why the problem happened and how to avoid it. He also took the time to repeat certain parts when we couldn't quite grasp the technicality of the issue. Very patient. Very informative. Very polite. Not only will J and M be our go to in the future, but we are signing on for the yearly maintenance program in a few weeks. The cost wasn't excessive and again, the problem was resolved extremely quickly. Thanks to J and M and please convey to Bill we appreciate his help and professionalism during a crisis. Living in 100 degree weather with pets is a real problem, and of course it ALWAYS HAPPENS during a heat wave right? Do yourself a favor and use them, you won't be disappointed....
