ASI, The White Glove Guys

We LOVE the White Glove Guys. They are always courteous and knowledgeable. We have had 3 toilets installed, and all new stop valves in bathrooms replaced. We have a new water softener and reverse osmosis water system. ALL workmen were excellent. Today was a routine check-up: filters for water system and potassium for the water softener. Everything looks good. We appreciate your continued care and service with outstanding men, especially Eduardo. Thank you so much.

Cal did a wonderful job with the maintenance on our ac and heating unit. He did a great job explaining what he had done and how to keep our unit working more efficiently. He was on time and very pleasant.

ASI sent out their tech. Justin and He was very professional and friendly. He tested our A/C unit and explained what the problems were and the costs before starting any work. The guy was awesome with customer service and explaining the technical things to some who doesn't know that much about HVAC. This is one of the many reasons we have always and will continue to use the White Glove Guys for all our plumbing and HVAC needs.

OCTAVIO BRAMBILA Was on time and ready to perform A/C tuneup. He took the time to explain exactly what he inspected and what maintenance was performed and what services might be required. No pressure to perform services that were recommended. Octavio was honest and wore foot protection to keep floors clean.

I called ASI & they had a Technician out the same day. Arturo's arrival was within the promised timeline & he cleared the drain in a timely manner. Arturo worked cleanly & completed the service within thirty minutes. The service charge was $57.00, a very reasonable rate for professional services.

Always on time. Always courteous. A couple of technicians have remembered me as a previous customer which was nice. And, Eduardo Riveraluis, who was the most recent technician, was extremely kind, respectful, and thorough. He made me feel like family. He deserves recognition and a raise, if I may suggest so myself.

I must admit to being very impressed by ASI. We just had them install an A/C system for us and replace our existing furnace at our house in Coronado. ASI’s employees were excellent across the board from sales (Emily), design (Rich) and installation by Daniel and his team. They were all very courteous, friendly and professional and communicated very well. I was also very impressed by their expertise. They definitely knew how to get this fairly complicated job done in the best manner possible. Even the office staff was right on top of everything. Overall, we are very happy to have chosen ASI for this work.

Cain was professional, knowledgeable, found the problem to my clogged sink and had it repaired before my guest arrived to spend the weekend. Everything was cleaned up and replaced. Never looked like anyone had been here. Job well done.

I always have a positive experience when the Technicians come to my home. They are knowledgeable and offer different options when work is needed. I highly recommend ASI to my family and friends.

The customer service of the plumber was excellent. I needed a replacement water heater. I just could not afford to purchase it, on my fixed income. Even with the 10% senior discount. I know they are a business and need to make money, so I don' t mind that they have such high prices. I would have liked to make the purchase with them. Just have to boil water until I can save enough money.
