We can’t say enough about this company! They absolutely helped us out when we really needed someone fair, trustworthy, honest, and all around dependable. We live in Corona, Ca and these guys came all the way out from San Diego on a hot June day to replace our broken AC. They made sure to put down floor coverings to not mess up our wood floor and carpet (which was just cleaned the day before!). Five of them knocked the job done in a few hours, which was awesome because it was really hot and needed the AC badly! We would definitely recommend them to anyone and we wish them luck with their family owned business. Give them a chance and you wouldn’t regret it. Thank you, Ehly Renales and Crew! I had a very positive experience with Renales heating. Elkan was our technician and he did an amazing very professional job installing our new heather and our thermostat. He was very knowledgeable and very thorough. He took the the time to explain and answered all of our questions. Victoria was my first contact with Renales heating and she also was very professional setting up the appointment in a very short time and on time. She also did an excellent job with the set up of the financing. I will highly recommend this company as very reliable and dependable to anyone looking to replace their heather.

I can't say enough good things about Elkan, Aaron and Victoria. They are the only company I called that bother to work with manufacture warranty and the only trusted carrier's dealer (I called at least 10 dealers). Elkan's knowledge and honest really impressed me and I would recommend him to all my friends and neighbors.

Renales Heating and Air recently fixed my Carrier Infinity AC, which went down months ago! I have multiple contractors who came for diagnosis, they were either unable to figure out what the problems are or they just recommended for a replacement. When I called Renales, Victoria was able to schedule an appointment for me quickly and Elkan came for diagnosis. Elkan is very knowledgeable and patient, he was able to pinpoint the problem, ordered the parts and fixed the AC! I am very happy about their service and believe they are true professional. Highly recommended!

Made my service appointment last Friday for an AC service repair. Ecklan showed up on schedule and went straight to troubleshooting my unit. He found the problem was the capacitor and went right ahead to replace it. He also recommended the installation of compressor saver which I acknowledged right away. Renales fit me in quickly during an emergency. My repairman Elkan was great to work with. This company is very upfront and honest, and they have a very fair rate for a diagnostic visit. They give you options and don't try to pressure you into the most expensive repair. Everyone I have dealt with at the company was extremely polite and helpful. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend Renales Heating and Air. Ryan was lead man on the project. Very professional and polite. There was no hard press sales tactics. He gave us three proposals to match our needs. From Very best, best, good. The crew that came out were on time and professional. They explained everything they were going to do. The job was completed in a timely manner. There was a thermostat issue, and some drywall repair. There was no delay in addressing those issues. Overall 5 stars.

My AC upstairs when turned on won’t blow cold air. Got the ad of Renales Heating and Air, I called up and gave me same day appointment. Ehly and his partner came and I explained the issue. They installed a mini capacitor, got it done easily and now my AC works well. Both were friendly, good attitude, with their pricing is reasonable and competitive, as well as with military discount. Definitely, I’ll use their service when needed and
in my rental property, too.
